Can’t help but doubt anyone who produces football that is so difficult to watch. Last night was as good football we have played all season for the first 25 mins until Fletcher went off. You may be correct, I’ve mainly only watched the Sky games and each and every time our football has been utter garbage. Last nights game seemed particularly mind numbing to me. If you’re satisfied with that or anything resembling it then god help you it’s certainly not football you want to watch. For me it’s right up there with the most boring shite I’ve seen us play but there again having watched the turgid shite Durban produced and 10 years of Pulisball there’s plenty to choose from.

Lee Gregory on 30k plus per week? How the fuck was that ever sanctioned for a lower league journeyman with the goal scoring record that he has Because he was a free agent. When no transfer fee is involved, the player tends to benefit with a high wage and signing on fee. I thought as much tbh

True that’s good. But how many points since December- do you know? Since Campbell got injured and went off 21 points from 21 league games That’s relegation pts

Since Campbell got injured and went off 21 points from 21 league games That’s relegation pts 1 point per game is cast iron relegation form. And it will soon have lasted for half a season.

I have absolutely no idea what you are banging on about now and can only assume you are confusing yourself. Of the 3 players we are talking about, I'd say there is next to nothing between Gregory and Brown and both of them are better options than Vokes. However, that doesn't make any of them good. All 3 are shit. Had we kept Gregory and got rid of Vokes our league position wouldn't be any different. Had we kept Gregory and got rid of Brown, still nothing changes. Goals clearly win points but none of them score enough goals to get us enough points to make us good. With Gregory as a regular we were staring down the barrel of relegation. With Vokes being used, we are in a run of form that would see us staring down the barrel of relegation. My point is keeping Gregory in January changes absolutely nothing. We'd still be shit. We'd still be struggling to score goals. It would still be better to watch paint dry than watch us play. If he happens to score a goal or 2 more over the course of a season who cares. Whatever total he ends up with, it will still be crap. We need to find a way of getting rid of these lousy players. If this move to Derby paves the way for a permanent move there or elsewhere, then happiest of happy days. This board was engaged in similar conversations this time last year. Scott Hogan was also a useless tosser who was very correctly dispensed of at the first opportunity. I am not confused I believe Gregory is a better option than Vokes or Brown as a striker, stats will prove whether I am right wrong over the course of the season, is he a massive upgrade no is he an upgrade I would say yes, obviously we are not going to agree but we will see how it pans out until then Anyone with half a brain can see Gregory is better than Vokes. We do agree. You don't even know what you are arguing about now. Gregory is less shit than Vokes. Woopy fucking doo. Doesn't help us given that he's still shite, just like Scott Hogan before him.

Really doubting MON at present And I don’t want to, as I like the guy and cling to the hope he’ll get us firing. However three big issues/ 1. Persistence with Vokes. It’s harsh but he’s finished, he offers nothing 680 minutes in the league, no assists no goals and he still gets on the pitch. Furthermore more often than not it hands the initiative to the opposition as we go into hoof slow mo mode. 2. Subs and ambition in games - consistently negative and reactive rather than proactive. 3. Letting Gregory go out Any more? Hopefully next season will see one or two new faces and a return to the March 2020 form/style Your not the only one doubting him.

I take it you have heard about data protection? There is no way professional football clubs would put private information about their employees into the public domain. It’s guesswork and I don’t know why you waste so much of your time obsessing about it. Let the billionaires worry about how much they are paying the players.

Spunking £2 million on the shite that is Jacob Brown When I see posts like that I feel like Marty McFly. It’s like going back in time to 1985 when £2 million was a lot to pay for a footballer. It’s nine times less than we paid for Kevin Wimmer.

I'm confident he will get us into the play-offs if we can keep our best players playing the majority of matches next season and not sell our best players in the summer.
Souttar for me we will do well to keep hold of this summer, wouldn't be surprised to see a ten million bid come in for him

Last night was as good football we have played all season for the first 25 mins until Fletcher went off. So we only played 25 minutes out of 90, is that good enough now ? No it isn't but the point was the injury massively affected our rhythm

No it isn't but the point was the injury massively affected our rhythm If he’s been proactive in the window probably wouldn’t be in this mess. He bought Brown...Bloody Brown 🙁 Don’t trust him with another window, he’s treading on thin ice. If you’re reading Angela Smith, don’t care what you think!

You keep banging this drum but we’ve just kept a clean sheet away from home, shouldn’t you be frothing at the mouth in excitement about that? A team of ‘strollers’ doesn’t do that, and I seem to recall you being perfectly happy with that kind of outcome in the past?

Not sure what he can really do about the 3 “ big issues”. Vokes we’re stuck with, crap signing by previous manager and no other options. No real quality options on the bench due to injuries. Gregory is gash and was hooked by Rooney in a recent game at half time, if. I recall correctly “. Yes, Brown looks a poor signing at the moment, but Campbell fit, he’d be on the bench and we’d probably a lot closer to the play offs.
Really doubt this op.
