Can’t complain. Made a decent fist of it against one of the best sides in the country. Souttar showed a bit of inexperience at times but that’s going to happen Collins didn’t look out of place. Move on Let’s make that top 6

Cant be too down on them tonight.
At least they had a go 2nd half.
You give the ball away as much as we do though and you've got no hope against a quality side like Tottenham.
Onwards and upwards though, bigger fish to fry.

Our Caretaker wants a bollocking for unblocking the bog in the shithole pigsty of an away dressing room!

Collins has been excellent No he really hasn't. Both poor. Collins can't pass He gave it away a couple of times first half and that was it. Collins was excellent. Cousins was excellent. Fletcher was excellent (apart from his headers in front of goal). Souttar had a bit of a mare but hopefully he'll learn from it. Collins is an absolute gem.

Dog shit stoke. Gave them all three goals. Amateur at times. Such a shame. I can't think of one decent pass, tackle, block that Souttar did. Had as big a mare as a defender I've seen for a long while.

Good second half that.
Took our chance well and Spurs then turned a bit 'Spursy'
They then get a 25 yarder and its game over but at least we didn't capitulate - positive signs for me.

Fletcher is great with his feet. See our goal. Vokes is shit I agree Fletcher is a very good player for us no doubt, his heading isn't his strong point put it that way.

They haven’t let us or themselves down, reminder to some that we still exist and we are still a handful on a wet and windy night in Stoke

3 errors. 2 of them we would have got away with in the Championship. Was less painful than I expected.
Move on win on Boxing Day and it's all a distant memory.

Make mistakes below premier league you may get away with it but not in premier league against top internationals

Thought Thompson apart from the mistake did ok, as Dave said, we really gifted them the 3 goals. Second half we showed we can be decent. TOB I thought did well as did Collins. Looked a better prospect than Souttar.

Basic football we couldn’t even do that at times and the goals were amateur.

Just showed up the difference in class. We all think Souttar is great but he looked woeful tonight coming up against better players. He has time to improve. Thompson gave us hope then in the end gave it away. Anyone still want to get promoted so we can lose every week like Fulham & the Baggies

At least we had a go 2nd Half. Not too disappointed expected us to lose. Their goals all well taken good goals. Mistakes are punished at their level.

Cant be too hard on Souttar, he'll learn hopefully. He's played a lot of games and done brilliantly overall.
He marked Kane out if the game for large proportions of the match. Player's like him will learn I have every confidence. Good experience for him.

As someone said in an earlier post it wasnt that long ago we were getting beat by spurs 4-0 or 5-0 when in the prem with a team full of couldn't be arsed mercenaries (wimmer a prime example of that in the defeat at WHL) At least we put a team out tonight that cared and gave their best. Upwards and onwards
Tgink the stick souttar is getting is mad. Played well against a very good spurs front line. Yes one mistake which cost the 2nd goal but he'll learn...and at least he didnt cost 18 million.

Makes you wonder if Souttar was a bit more scared of the team sheet than anything, last year he was playing for Fleetwood and he's still young. He'll dust himself off and play a blinder at Coventry. Collins was fearless.

I thought the keeper did well - he made saves that Bursik was letting in when he first played. Rotate them till Davies is back
