I have registered on this forum to vent my spleen for the most part of the total capitulation of scfc in the last 5 and 6 years, its at a point now where serious questions need to be answered by Tony Scholes or somebody at the club. And they really do need to be answered.... Tony Scholes
Alledgedly - Upon relegation we offered new contracts to certain squad members to keep them on Premiership wages well other members of the team had their wages reduced? Is this true Tony Scholes and what did you expect that to achieve with regards to team spirit, morale and motivation? You would have to be stupid to believe it wouldn't have a negative effect in the dressing room and on the pitch.
Alledgedly - Rumours of players contracts not being supplemented with a Win bonus, is this true? How long has that been the case, 6 years or more by any chance? I'm led to believe most clubs offer win bonus and other bonus incentives. Furthermore, add that to the first point about player contract relegation wage issues. Is this true Tony Scholes and what did you expect that to achieve with regards to team spirit, morale and motivation?
Also, my own belief is that our managers are being told that certain players have to play regardless of form because they are a financial asset to the club. Is this true Tony Scholes and what did you expect that to achieve with regards to team spirit, morale and motivation?

Where is the motivation to perform? I thought that's what reserve football was for? |

Its crazy how quickly all season can just be brushed under the carpet because we had a few good results at the death when players decided to turn up to avoid relegation. |

Where is the motivation to perform? I thought that's what reserve football was for? Maybe the manager doesn't agree with you, see Chester, plenty of people thought he was awful but he kept being played and we just gave him a contract, he loses his job if it doesn't work out, I'll moan about it and havea say but its just a difference of opinion not some conspiracy, I think you're reading too much into it. |

Seriously am sure is true. Bottom line is it's all rumours and web talk and no one knows the details of player's contracts and they certainly aren't going to disclose them. I remember Tony Cascarino saying that the confidentiality meant that you weren't aware what the guy playing next to you was earning or weren't supposed to although obviously some did leak details.
