A liability at LB As he didn't play lb today, and as when he does he does it out of a sense of not serving his own best interests, but doing the best he can for the club, it's a bit brainless to call him a liability there. But even if offered, he's not going to sign. He's been wanting out for the last four windows, but has relunctantly decided to help out. When his contract ends, he'll be gone. I think we should offer our sincerest thanks when he goes. Compare him to some other players that wanted out and didn't get it the way they wanted. He, for one, never belonged to the bomb squad (although I think Jones had him there at first). |

He's asked to play left back because he's not a good enough centre half to get in the team. Look through the squad: off the top of my head Campbell, McLean, Powell, Collins, Clucas have all been asked to play in a position which isn't their natural one. |
