Currently 6 points clear of relegation with 5 to play (with Wigan -12 points and our goal difference).
1 win to make sure, but today has eased the pressure massively.

Not going to get carried away r.e. Wigan, but if that does happen and they get the deduction than the ball is very much in our court.

Just like we weren’t relegated with the humiliation against Wigan we’re definitely not safe yet

Nah, still too close yet, points still needed and MON might have another brain fart, but it does give some hope.

In years gone by we would have had enough points to stay up before lockdown. It’s a crazy league this year though and we still need 5 points plus goals difference to be sure.

You mean 2 points and It’s still not even in our own hands. If Hull and Middlesbrough win their games in hand we’re back in the relegation zone. It’s that type of complacency that gets you in the shit

We’re 5pts clear of Barnsley in 22nd, with a superior GD if Wigan get a 12pt deduction.

Leeds a Birmingham h Bristol C a Brentford h Forest a
We are more than capable of losing all of those.
Wigan may ultimately rescue us as we are effectively 5pts off relegation currently.

Aren’t we 2 points from bottom 3? They have got it slightly wrong - it is actually 5pts - with the 12pts Wigan will be deducted at the end of the season(that is the best case scenario for Wigan at the moment - they may even fold)
