Does anyone know if you can cast the streams using chromecast from a samsung tablet to a smart tv ??? . Like you can cast you tube videos.Dont know whether to redeem code on tablet or my old laptop .

Now sorted on my Mac I get That is air played to my Apple TV On my I pad I just get a red screen so yet to see if the iPad works , I keep reading that the iPad/iPhone won’t show unit Saturday 🙄

Yeah I’ve had the error message Also had no subscription to update and no video only audio ( which doesn’t work) I give up with it and will be asking for a £50 refund I am in the same boat regarding the error message. Same here with error message. I emailed Stoke earlier and followed exact steps my mate did (which I was anyway) and still no joy yet his worked. Ive a feeling the code is the issue.

I have tried to redeem my code. It almost felt inevitable that it would not work. Code redeemed fine. Followed their instructions and got this:
"Sorry but you do not have any subscriptions
Please upgrade or read our faqs
If you think this is a mistake please contact stoketvsupport@streamamg.com"
Anybody solved this issue? Had a quick look through here and can't find any solutions to this particular issue. I have seen a few mentions about updating the app but I am on a desktop so I have no idea. I have emailed but I am not holding my breath.

For folks trying with a computer - my SCFC+ has never worked with Firefox browser, I've always had to use Chrome.
Maybe worth a try for those experiencing issues perhaps?

In fairness I've had numerous emails from Stoke and also a phone call - and I'm not a Technophobe - I put it down to a poor choice of streaming service. After inputting my code (or codes as they have sent me two to try) I then briefly see a login screen which then changes to white screen after a second. Repeat and repeat......

I have noticed that I can access the test stream from any device (laptop, iPad via browser and scfc app and iPhone via app) despite the warnings that it would only work on the device where the code was redeemed. I guess this might change for the match stream proper. I can also mirror from the app on my iPhone to my TV via Apple TV and the picture fills the TV screen nicely. Casting from the phone is preferable as it leaves the laptop free to Zoom the noisy idiots who normally accompany me to a game.

I've sent 5 emails about my problem since Tuesday to both the streaming email and stoke supporters and still not been provided with any help. I try to call the number and its unavailable until Monday so I'm strugging.

I use a Apple ipad. Logged on to mystoke account, entered the code in the ‘redeem’ box. Was notified immediately ‘redeem successful’. Tapped on the Reading match on the menu and as if by magic the test stream appeared. Sorry to all those having problems but it took me less than a minute.

I've been told that it is down to a technical error with StreamAMG and have noticed it is effecting a lot of people who only received their code by text.
Stoke have informed me that StreamAMG should be contacting me by 5pm so we'll see.
