He’s had this entire year so far to get it together.
The only things he should be getting together are his belongings with his P45 placed on top of them.

I'm a Jones fan mate but that's bollocks. We were doing this last season.
Brentford were there for the taking and he shit himself trying not to lose.

Midfield looked hugely more organized and better without Allen.

Well, Brentford away isn't going to be easy game for any team in this division.
A good and well earned point!

Did we have a worth while shot on target?
He’s definitely getting it together... a dismal 0-0 to 18th place and 4 wins in 35 games.
The league won’t know what hit them!

Get your tin hat on, you'll have upset the crazies on this board with posts like this In isolation it is a solid point and we looked much better, we just need to unlock that forward line more. If we build on this with a win against Crawley and 3 Pts next Friday, we're starting to look okay.

With performances like that we will never bag three points. Etebo had a golden chance to win it So did they at the back post. You think we were the only team that miss stuff or don’t take golden chances but we’re not. It’s not an excuse. It happens in every game for every team but you just know it will be used as an excuse.

Clean sheet and good away point. It counts for nothing when teams around you win which they have done.

Not good enough! That's nowhere near enough of an improvement to give him praise for. Looked shaky, defensively poor, always looked like we were about to drop a clanger, and frankly we looked shit scared.
Brentford were poor. NJ wasn't good enough to take the game to them.
It's relegation football.

First half was absolutely terrible. But 2nd was much more positive. If Etebo had shot... We win the game.
Let's not forget Brentford have been very solid and don't concede many.
Good (Ish) away performance and we should and deserved to win on the whole.
The players are clearly behind Jones, Badou surprised me again, he was very good bar a few wayward passes.
Next week he simply has to get the team right. Badou Etebo in the middle is 100% the way forward now.
Ince needs to come out, totally ineffective in that position. I'd go Duffy or have Campbell on with Super Jon Walters.. I mean Gregory.

If we build on this with a win against Crawley and 3 Pts next Friday, we're starting to look okay. We looked more solid because we weren’t within 40 yards of Gregory. We carried no threat whatsoever, like all season. I’m sure only stoke fans can find positives in 2 points out of 8 games and 4 wins in 35.

I wasn't impressed. He's lucky Allen was suspended is all. An actual midfield made us more defensive. Jones could of changed formation to go for it when we had loads of possession. What did he do? Subbed Campbell for Ince... Left Clucas on. He has no clue!

They obviously did their jobs on an individual level to get the clean sheet but there's still such a staggering lack of communication and organisation between them to look convincing as a unit. I was waiting for a cock up. We didn't get one, but they don't inspire confidence in me at all.
