Butland deserves every bit of criticism he gets, he's been woeful. Maybe a public spanking by the manager will wake him up Or cause players to down tools?? š¤·

Does anyone know why he persisted with Allen after his performance against Derby, and was picked over Etebo?
And if he acknowledges Jack's been culpable for most of the goals we've let in, why not play the new keeper he's brought in?
Another mindboggling decision.

You can do the talk, but you have to walk the walk as well. If not we all know the answer!

Heās had a rough start but if you think Federici is better then I strongly suggest you seek medical help At the moment Jakob Haugaard would be better. Steady on š

I like what Denis has said there. Can NJ do the business though? Does he just stand there and give a motivating and inspirational talk/rant before each game?

Well Etebo looked rusty against Derby.....and he still looked rusty at Preston so I'm guessing he's not up to speed yet......but there are other players he could pick instead of Allen, hopefully he will Saturday

What baffles is me is that we have created the most amount of chances in the league and had the least amount of chances created against us.
Yet here we are.
Literally the opposition have scored with every chance theyāve had and you can put Butland to blame for 4 of those goals.
Itās Jonesā head on the chopping block but the players need a long hard look at themselves because some of the errors have been shockingly bad and inexcusable.

But he still persists with them despite how shit they have been, what does that say about his management of the team ? why is the goalkeeper he brought in now 3rd choice ?, why did he spunk Ā£9m on Vokes , why did he buy a RB for Ā£4m when we desperately needed a LB ? why does he persist with a system that his players can not play despite a full pre season to instil it with them ?, so many questions with no fucking answers from Nath.

Why apply logic when you can just throw expletives at Nathan Jones though? I aren't exactly jumping with joy at the moment but this board is awful when we don't win. Two players for every position now needs to be used. If we don't mention it maybe nobody will notice us playing with 22 men from now on.

Looks like a man under a lot of pressure. I would love to know what has been going on behind the scenes as he presents well, but something isnāt right. Did notice he talked of ācompeting withā rather than beating Leeds....hope itās not a subconscious defeatist mentality starting to creep in.
I really want Jones to succeed....weāve got to get a win somewhere with any slice of luck going, I dont care how.

Glad ange has asked those questions, put him on the spot. Unfortunately though it leads me to the conclusion through several moments in that interview that NJ is totally deluded. He states we just need 10-15% extra quality when the majority of pundits who watch and comment on scfc have said how bad we look and we are in trouble. He looks rattled and to be fair I dont think he will cope with the level of criticism that will continue to come his way if results dont improve. Hes a young manager and he is out of his depth both tactically and managerially.

Re. the goals conceded - "We havenāt been ripped open they have been set pieces and punts downfield". Well NJ, so have ours! Shall we look at the 10 we've conceded nath. Eze made it look like men vs boys for QPR the way he waltzed through stoke players like they were training dummies. Waghorn and Marriott ripped us apart last week. Hes not seeing what we are that's a fact

Because he has zero faith in federici or davies He signed Davies a few weeks ago, why on Earth would he not have faith in him?

Because he has zero faith in federici or davies He signed Davies a few weeks ago, why on Earth would he not have faith in him? Strange one. I was under the impression he would be straight in at #1 if Jack left, then if Jack stayed he would be #2 and play the cup games. Iām wondering if itās because the lad tends to parry the ball out into dangerous positions quite a lot and maybe Jones knows our defence is too slow/fragile to react quickly enough to clear. In the video that was put on the thread about him, if you watch there is always a defender there to clear the ball straight away.

"We have been defensively really good"Ā in one way heās right, isnāt he ? weāve had fewer chances against us than any other team, only problem is teams have converted those chances. Jesus fucking Christ no. It doesnāt matter if youāve conceded most in the league. No-one in their right mind would make that statement. Weāve not even played anyone decent yet. Everyone weāve played as been happy to sit back and wait for the inevitable mistake. Iām sick of it - shoulda woulda couldas. His interviews are embarrassing, contradictory and plain stupid at times. Instead of trying to defend the shower of shite heās put in front of us this season he needs to fix it.
