Loan with a view to a permanent transfer. All sounds very familiar. Always the same story, but with a different player from time to time.

So that'll be a loan with a return to us at the end then. Is it just Stoke these Turkish sides take the piss out of or do they do it to everyone ?

I'd tell these Turkish fuckers to fuck off until they offer up some cold hard cash. Tossers.

There isn't a queue forming to take him permanently though, is there? 4th choice CBs for mid-table Championship clubs aren't really in demand - especially when they're on biggish money. Could see the sense for us to loan him out if they pay all his wages. Gets him playing every week potentially. At least gives us a chance of getting some money for him. At the moment, his attractiveness to clubs must be at an all-time low.

I sold Martins-Indi to Besiktas on my career mode last week.
It’s happening.

Keeping Bruno makes it even more difficult for Collins, Bayern. Make your mind up lad.

Doesn’t make Lindsay look dafter at all, we have to continue the financial restructuring we started when we wrote £30 million off in 2018. So we need to have a lower wage bill and that means we need players like Lindsay to replace higher earners like Bruno and why we have Ward not Pieters. If we loan Bruno out and cover his wages then we create some financial space. If we can sell Bruno even better. Our wage bill two seasons ago was £94 million. If we don’t get promoted, in two year it needs to be under £30 million that means lower paid players. Lindsay, Gregory, Batth, Davies, Ward, Smith, Cousins and Powell are all part of the same strategy

He's left-footed, but there's no way he's going to start against QPR in Lindsay's absence, is there? So he's clearly 4th choice. About the only good thing you could say is that if he stays, at least it'd almost force us to loan out 5th choice Collins which would be better for his development than being stuck here as 4th

On good money, money we could use on a new player Blocking the path of Collins. Would make no impact what so ever on us if he left. He's got to go, simple. Btw, I've never said we should let him go for nothing.

Sorry for not putting a timeline of how long he was sulking for. He's the definition of average, he doesn't do anything well.

Honestly it’s like no-one can say anything even remotely “negative” about the new broom but it’s perfectly acceptable to slag off players who, regardless of whether it’s time to go, have not really done anything wrong and have always tried for the club.

I will be sad to see him go. Probably the best footballing CH we have had in recent times. May lack a little height & pace but definitely got a footballing brain which is more than most of the CH's we have seen over the years. Was hoping some of his composure on the ball would rub off on Ryan but sadly not. Shame he does not fit into NJ's plans but if Lindsay turns out to be a better player than BMI I will renounce my atheism & join him at the altar every Sunday...

Besiktas wants to transfer Dutch footballer Martins Indi. Stoke City black and white people who took the rental option with the purchase option, offered Indi 1.5 million euros annually.

I think BMI is a player with really good attitude, and wasn't he given a prize for what he was doing for the club in the community or something? He always looks in a good mood. But no more loans to Turkish clubs in my view, sell or ask them to go to hell.

So basically its saying we are prepared to loan him for 1.5m euros a season. If they are prepared to pay his wages aswell we had may aswell cut our losses if there are no cash offers?

We need the wages off the books one way or another, we can't just keep paying out big wages for players that aren't going to be playing.
