Rory is just May but slightly more femine. The only thing going for him as leader is that he may well take enough votes from Lab Libs who are wavering to get a majority in a GE, going on his voting record I wouldn't say he is any more trustworthy than the rest of the clowns. It's possible just don't think he would keep enough core Tories on board in a GE. Forget the I'm honest and realistic bit and he's actually got nothing new to say.

You might be right as the grass roots Tory voters do prefer Boris, however the greedy traitorous Tory Mp's will see Stewart as just what you say nothing new, same old same old which they may cling on to keep their noses in the trough until the next election at least, if Boris get's in their will almost certainly be an early GE where most of the charlatans will get their arses kicked straight out of their constituencies, if Stewart get's in the Brexit party will have time to build their base and kick on towards the next GE, for that reason I am starting to favour Stewart after my initial thoughts that he is a cringe worthy arse licking turncoat.

He did give a mention to how he'd get it through though, by fixing the backstop issue. If Boris gets in we're absolutely fucked, the man has nothing. He's a chancer who has spent his entire life changing policies when it suits him. Have you seen Rory Stewarts voting record ? Oh agreed, he's horrendous, and I don't want him to be PM. He's certainly better than the others so far though.

I see Rory Stewart is on GMB yet again this morning for his seemingly daily appearance. Looks like he's trying to win us all over to his way of thinking by simply grinding us down with his all too frequent repeats that he's just going to try to get May's lousy WA through Parliament. Why is he getting so much more air time than almost all the other candidates put together ? Well I'm sure they would like to talk to Johnson but he isn't making himself available...

Rory Stewart is a Remainer who's apparently now "fully committed" to Leave. How does he intend to get May's abysmal WA deal approved in Parliament when he has nothing to say or offer that is any different ? The EU have said it's not open for renegotiation and Stewart has said he'd ask for further extensions to try and get May's BRINO approved. He's not said how he intends to try and get the backstop changed or removed from the deal that has the slightest chance of actually working.
Just looking at his recent time in the Prisons Dept, it seems the Prison Officers weren't exactly impressed with his work.

I think that you are right. i believe that Stewart as PM would be the end of the Tory party....is that a gamble that Brexiteers are prepared to make in the hope that The Brexit party can make a sustained impact or is the better bet Johnson who equally will have to deliver Brexit or will have to explain the continual failure of the Tories.

Stewart was a guest on the Nigel Farage show yesterday on LBC radio. Though he didn't formally commit himself he hinted at the possibility of working with the Brexit Party in a coalition government to secure Brexit.
I'm assuming from his comments that if he were PM, Brexit would be delayed yet again and there would be an election later this year. Of course, there's no guarantee the Tories would win.
I'm so fed up of the whole fiasco. I'm selling up and retiring to the States next year.

Because it will be after the next round of voting which could well eliminate at least 1 more or possibly 2 candidates as they will need 33 votes to progress. The 4 that have dropped out had 50 votes collectively so they need to be re-allocated. So in theory they could be down to the final 4 which should give a little more time for questions and answers. Boris looks nailed on for round 3, as do Hunt, Gove, and probably Stewart with his new found popularity, so Javid (20 in the first round) and Raab (27) need to grab some of the "new" votes to progress, and IMO they look the most vulnerable. You Tory boys make me laugh. Why wasn't Johnson in this debate tonight? Advisers designing the grid For Boris's leadership bid, With reason mistrusting Their man at a hustings, Made sure that he ran off and hid

Has the verminous cretin been let out of his protective wrapping yet and actually answered any questions.?
What a state of affairs when your next Prime Minister is such a blundercunt he has to be hidden from view like a circus freak on his day off.

The race is full of personality free saps and a fat fucking chancer who wont face any scrutiny whatsoever because he's a clown. The disdain that Lynton Crosby and that fat oaf Johnson have for normal people is astounding. An absolute shambles of a race.
