Shaq Arnie and Yarm as a front 3 was so close although Hughes probably wouldn't have seen that Arnie was a good no 9. It would have been an amazing roller coaster as all 3 are shite defensively.

It boils the piss somewhat watching Arnie perform like he is for West Ham as a genuine number 9.

It boils the piss somewhat watching Arnie perform like he is for West Ham as a genuine number 9. It was obvious to anyone with eyes that he could play right across the front 3. One bad game v villa in a central position had the mob out that he could only play on the left.

Not too arsed about that because the overwhelming majority of football fans haven't got the first clue what they're talking about, but you'd expect a manager of a premier league club who was being paid millions to be able to spot it. Then again Hughes did prove time and again that when it came to spotting a striker he was like a blind piss head trying to find his way home after a twelve hour session.

Cartwright got Arnautovic and Hughes pleaded with Peter Coates to get Jese. Hi Tony nice to see you on here again You seem to forget when Hughes first was appointed the likes of Scholes and Cartwright had a large input into signings this was lessened after two years as Hughes did not like the control they had so he could bring in the players he wanted. Rowett has full control as that’s what he wanted and Jon Coates gave it to him

Since the start of 2018, only Mohamed Salah (23) has had a hand in more Premier League goals than Arnautovic (16). Arni is a monster
