Thought Sterling was one of England's best players yesterday. Stretched them constantly. He was apart from the two sitters. Whereas Alli does fuck all. Heads a sitter straight at their keeper who inexplicably flaps at it and lets it in. Sterling just needs that sort of luck at the minute. One off his backside to make it 2-1 to England in the last minute next Sunday would just about do.

On a separate note I can't ever remember an England side making such easy work of Sweden before.

I agree mate. Not wishing to be a party pooper but they were a fairly average side but dispatched with relative ease all the same.

This exactly, seems to be every time we meet them we go one up only to be pegged back lol As for Raheem, been saying it since the friendlies, kid need one to bounce of some part of his body and go into the net. Dele looked a million times better after his goal yesterday, imagine all 4 of ours forwards on fire. I honestly do t think anyone could contain them

I agree mate. Not wishing to be a party pooper but they were a fairly average side but dispatched with relative ease all the same. They beat France, Holland and Italy to get to Russia and I think you have to give England a fair amount of credit for making them look a fairly average side. I think personally that Sterling was a huge part of making them look average because they couldn't contain him.

In qualifying they finished above Netherlands. In the playoffs they knocked out Italy. In the group in this they finished above Germany. They are a strong unit who are well organised and known to be hard to break down.
Why does an England success have to endure negative analysis?

I have backed Croatia and France to win. For that reason, I advise everyone to bet on an England - Belgium final.

Too cautious vs England.

We will be stronger in the Euro Champs qualification.
With forward striker C Nyman (Eintracht Braunschweig) back from injury and Ken Sema (Watford) as winger/forward. And Berg and Toivonen retired ...

The question is: Belgium or France as opponents now? According to Me: Actually, Belgium have impressed me the most, so far.
