Looked so composed and assured for a lad who isnt even old enough to buy a pint. A big plus from today. Wish Saido was too young to buy a pint.

Collins was excellent. Most composed player on pitch. Hes a big lad and has an uncanny look of Ryan shawcross about him. Hes a huge positive from today Pullis will come in for him, to play left back

Looked really good. I like how (from what I’ve seen) he’s always communicating he was pushing batth and williams up today and at batth Swansea.
For me, let’s just play him for the rest of the season. He’s proven he’s not any worse. He may have a mistake in him but so be it, the upside is far greater then the downside at the moment.

I'm pleased NJ has given him his chance. He looks to be very assured for one so young and inexperienced.

Collins at fault for goal? Really?

Collins at fault for goal? Really? If he doesn’t blame Collins then he has to blame McLean or Ba’ath- one appears to be one of his favourites, and the other is his signing. Given that Jones is incapable of mistakes it clearly has to be Collins mistake.😉

Collins at fault for goal? Really? That’s a shame, it wasn’t Collins fault IMO. Arguably he should have been round on the cover but you’d expect more seasoned pros to have dealt with the situation in hand before that

From what I’ve read there he’s blaming 3 or 4 mistakes the goal, not just Collins. I think it’s a fair point. The Cross came in far too easily and if assabolonga does run off Collins then where’s the cover? These are silly defensive mistakes which have killed us all season. Well that and our pathetic finishing.

It was his fault for the goal if you watch the replay. Other than that though had a really good game, only going to improve. Bigger test if he plays today though

We won't go down and if we become 14th or 18th doesn't really matter. Let the young boys play, they are our future!

I've just read this in the hard copy Sentinel and can only conclude it is genuine frontier gibberish. I don't know if he's going, coming, staying or what the fuck is going on. I know people will say its just moaning for moaning's sake but most of the time I genuinely struggle to understand just what the fuck Jones is going on about.

Jones keeps going on about building a squad, not just for now but for the future and in the next breath is talking about possibly loaning Collins out next season. Surely we should be building a squad around the likes of Collins,Verlinden and Campbell.

Surely we should be building a squad around the likes of Collins,Verlinden and Campbell. He just talks unbridled shit half of the time. "I want to play attractive, attacking football" "Bojan is the ideal player for my formation and he is certainly in my plans" "I'm building a team for the future" He's either a liar or mental.

I just would have liked to have seen Collins start again.
