Yes I know, what I'm saying is he clearly isn't good enough or displays the attributes needed to play in a Liverpool team, that's why I'm questioning it. Unless Klopp is going to drug him to eyeballs so he adds another 10mph to his top speed and suddenly becomes decisive in his decision making and prolific in front of goal. He's direct and can beat a man. Pace wise he's certainly not like their other wingers but you don't want the same do you? I also think a good coach could make a wing back out of him too. And he's a marketeers dream. He's got more fans than this club has. We'll have to disagree.. on the marketing point though, they've already got one Egyptian and he's a bit better than Ramadan isn't he?!

Shocking management as is Campbell - now too good for U23's and not good enough for 1st team = no game this weekend
No Sobhi but two left backs on the pitch at the same time and Fletcher, Johnson taking air on the bench = madness

I'd be more inclined to get a better footballer and not worrying about the marketing side, that's just me though I guess?! He's hardly a Beckham is he?

He's hardly a Beckham is he? He's a massive deal in Egypt. Have you seen how many social media followers he has? We have 931k on Twitter. He has 1M Insta- us - 310k him - 3.9M Facebook - us - 1.3M him - 560k That's a massive marketing tool right there. And that's without adding Liverpool to the mix. He'd go as back up but I think he'd do well.

I heard the call with Nader Shawki "Ramadan agent", I dont like this guy "Nader Shawki" but this translation is a bit unprofessional. I am translating here most of what he said "my English is not very good": "He was out of the 18 today, he didnt play since January, I will travel to England next April to see what we can do, he is doing his best in the training."
"May be Lambert doesnt rate him, may be because he is young, may be because he doesnt want to lose the old age players, we respect that but we search also for the best for Ramadan as a player. "
"He has a 4 years contract with the team, his training numbers are from the best 3-4 players in the team, I will ask them why he is out, if they dont want him we will search for a team for him in premier league, I am sure his performance in the World Cup will increase the demand for the guy. "
"Ramadan is a talent, we dont want him to be destroyed, he should play more than that, he didnt take enough minutes."

Trying my best to support Lambert, as i think he has done a decent job given the circumstances, but what the fuck has ramadan done to not even get in the 11, let alone the squad. Offers 10x more than choupo and gives alot more effort. Sobs must of really pissed off Lambert somehow. No other answers for it. Hes seen him train and doesn’t fancy him I guess. Don’t agree with it as he’d be in my XI but managers have to live and die by their decisions... They do, but at Stoke we get to see them suffer a very slow death.

If they're going to go for a young talent it'll be Sessegnon from Fulham, they obviously will have competition though.

Ramadan is a perfect example of how the club just don’t operate professionally.
If he is injured, the club should say so. It would stop fans questioning selection decisions.
If his training performances are good, he should be in the 11, or 18 at least.
Fans can see that the competition for his place, Choupo and Jese, aren’t firing. So why isn’t he playing?
If there is some other reason, either the manager or board should clarify. It’s always best to be clear and open in the long run.
The same could be said of Ireland and Affelay.

Liverpool were after Sessegnon when he first broke through but ended up going for Robertson. Now it appears Sessegnon is a more attacking talent I think they'll jump right back in for him. Spurs would be a good move though, I agree. I'm not going to discuss Ramadan anymore, we are clearly at opposite ends here

Absolutely he deserves to play more than that.

He can beat a player easily the trouble is he wants to beat him 2 or 3 times, add to that, hes got no pace and more often than not looks a bit bewildered when he gets through. I agree he shouldnt be in the starting 11 but should definately be on the bench. Our bench was shocking today aswell, it makes no sense.

Another £5m wasted , the entire mess sits absolutely and squarely on the shoulders of rhe ceo and transfer team , only with their removal will the psce id decline be slowed That's bollocks tbf Benji. The Ramadan we signed was a very confident and positive footballer. Hughes then turned him into a defensive work horse who forgot how to attack. The signing was a good one, he was miss managed, like most of the squad. Sorry but in day one I said he won’t make it in the premier league to much abuse and I stand by it, it’s easy to blame Hughes but his record suggests he knows a premier league player by and large, my view remains the lads not good enough half the player Redmond is and that’s Exactly why we signed him because he was half the price . .

Trying my best To get behind the team. And Lambert. But the treatment of Sobhi is sackable on its own. He scored 2 in 3 before sparky was the sacked and was the only shining light in a glimmer of shite at Coventry.
Moting is ok. That’s it , Jese doesn’t give a fuck. How a lad who is 21 but has worked his bollocks off to prove himself, and has done so, can not get a minute is undescribable. We will lose him at the end of the season for penny’s, and could easily be missing out on a 30m+ player.

Agents or fathers don’t help by applying pressure. Lambert has a plan and whilst we aren’t winning we aren’t losing either. Draw away and win at home that has to be the goal. Had tortoise Adam been quicker we would have had another home win

Perhaps he's unfit thanks to Leslie. Not an unrealistic possibility. looked perfectly fit at Coventry when he was our best option in that 2nd half, not sure whats gone on since.

He would have been a miles better option to replace Diouf yesterday - rather than that botched idea to bring on Pieters, move Staffy up and bring a not match fit Crouch on at half time? Cack-handed, Sunday league mish mash? He's got the defence more organised and the team fitter - his substitutions are as Vader as Sparky's.

It is strange, given how bad our approach play is. As badly as we played yesterday we got in promising situations, but the decision making and balls into the box were just awful, he couldn't be any worse. Just when he started scoring we bin him, strange.
