At least give us a clue where you've heard it? Inside or outside the club etc. Inside. Oh. Oh oh oh.

What actually happened on the station? If its true you'd hope the club are on the phone to Koeman I think he's our best bet at the moment I'd like to see what he can do with the players we have I'm sure that Koeman would love to sign for a club where Board decisions are made on a train station.

If it is true, then Monday is a bizarre time to do it. Would you say it would be better to go into Burnley manager-less or with a sinking manager with no clue??? Toss up for me....

If this is true (which I hope it is), it is obviously for the best and I (along with most of us on here) will remember the great days as well as the bad.

It had to happen and I really wanted this after today's result. So why do I feel so gutted?!Because the obvious replacement is TP?

Worrying if it is a resignation tbh
He needed to go but if he's resigned then something is off in the background surely?

The JCL's are outraged but they sit there clapping and leave 25 mins before FT, the clueless useless face painted goofs. When revolution is needed, it's always the hardcore that step up. And thank god they have. Vive le revolution.

I’ll be amazed if he’s handed in his resignation and is walking away from his contract and the payout he’ll receive if he’s sacked. It would be the noble way to go, but I don’t believe it for one second.

Its unconfirmed Hughes has actually resigned I've just read about the train station incident and this is the culmination of 18 months frustration I didn't hear anyone around me at the game last week defending Hughes anymore just despondency. If Coates really wants to stay play and progress in the Prem he should have been looking at this picture for a while he wants a measured approach without going g money !ad for me Koeman was like that at Sojthampoton before money mad Moshari told him to spend like Viv Nichols to reach the top four Koeman would no doubt have preferred to take a slower methodical approach and also not to have resigned the sideshow Rooney who I believe was rehired by Kenwright. If a top exec at the Bet365 corporation was performing as poorly as Hughes they would no doubt have been disciplined and removed by now

What a sad end if true. But a blind man on a galloping horse, could see this coming 12 months ago. Replacement who knows, I cant see it being a big name, that would mean spending big money.Cheap British, pulis, o'neal type

If he has resigned then it will be announced on Monday that it's a parting by mutual consent.
Like most other Stoke managers who've been sacked.

Yeah but I think he thought he was off to Villa and then he had QPR lined up. That all ended quite acrimoniously with Al Fayed if I recall.
