Totally understand the fans reactions but have the feeling that it will leave the players more demotivated than ever. A loss on Tuesday is now much more likely and Jack will defo be off in January. What a load of tripe that is

Christ on a bike Stoke, just get rid of him before this whole season turns into a self destructing bomb. Seriously, get rid of him and do it now. Who? Ryan? Get rid of him and we are down. Carry on like we are and we're down anyhow, WITH or without him!!!

This was inevitable, and it’ll only get worse from now on whilst Hughes remains in charge. It was just a matter of time before somthing like this happened. It's been brewing for some time. The players who experienced the situation at the train station would now really question their loyalty towards Hughes. He picks the team and the formation, and also the tactics for the match. And then they end up being abused at the train station! If he hasn't lost the dressing room before it's a good chance that he lost it yesterday. Yesterday was a watershed as I see it. I just can't see Hughes being able to turn this situation around if he's still in charge come Tuesday. And the Coates-family hasn't forgotten the attempt to storm the Waddington Suite in '98 (?) They know that things can get really nasty and would probably avoid something like that to happen again.

People took the piss out of the England managers decision to play Hart when he was conceding for fun behind that WHU defence. Defend Jacks inclusion now on the same basis, if Jack has any ambition of making that England NO1 spot his for any length of time he HAS TO fuck off and soon, regular maulings are doing his credibility no good what so ever, we know the problems anyone but Butlands but the majority of England fans do not follow Stoke so they look at it like he is incompetent which we know not to be true. If he is not gone in January...definitely after in the summer, he has to. The vultures will be circling in Jan - an ideal moment to tempt an ambitious young player away at a reduced rate. He will be gagging to leave (unless there is already a mega deal in the pipeline for next season that he is aware of). A reduced rate? January is a seller's month not a buyer's one! If anything it should add another £10 million onto the asking price

Hopefully the kick up the arse the fuckers need. Does it usually work like that? More likely to give even less of a toss. What's the alternative then??? Give them a HUGE pay rise??? Its wrong, but it's happened they should deal with it, it's part and parcel of the game, EVERYBODY gets frustrated in life, and being a football supporter, this is ours!!! Ryan (as captain) now, should get the team together in the dressing room and do a Vinny Overson type speech to rally the troops!!! Hughes needs to go now, I've stood by him long enough, can't justify it any longer....but the players need to take a good hard look at their own performances, and Ryan IS definately one of them!!!

I believe his agent has a bit of influence around the place too!

The problem now is that everyone knows that LMH is a dead man walking- including himself. As such he can't motivate them- never mind the fact that they clearly don't follow his tactics, because if they are then he would not even make a good Div 2 manager- his experience does show him to be a better manager than that. If he stays until Summer I am sure that we will be relegated- but it is now Catch 22 in that there is no one out there whom we can turn to- and before March comes on here, as bad as we are, the mighty Baggies under the guidance of TP were below us- so don't come saying he's the answer. It shouldn't just be Hughes out either- Cartwright should go before the January transfer window and Scholes should follow in the Summer when he has been part of the team that killed the Goose that laid the golden egg.

If he can't motivate the players then he probably should go. They didn't think the travelling situation through very well though.

The Jenny Come Lately is the most volatile breed of ball observer. They are much inferior to their counterpart the Jenny Come Quickly who can be a great source of pleasure but not while watching large wealthy men tussle in the box.

It's now the main story on the BBC Football page. I was completely stunned by Mark Hughes' response to "some Stoke supporters have also questioned Hughes' future after only four wins from their 16 games so far this season"
Mark Hughes - "There's been an undercurrent since I've been here," Hughes said of the flak aimed in his direction
He also mentioned the idiot with the 'Hughes out' van when he became manager, what a tool.

If anything, the majority of supporters have stuck by him longer than you'd find at most other clubs in the same position. He's treating us like idiots.

Imagine if Beyoncé arrived at a packed venue and sang like me. How long before the crowds would demand their money back?
