No thanks we have enough crocks. H We appear to be targeting, again, players who use to be good/have potential, but injuries have got in the way What a joke our scouting team is And before anyone has a go name ONE player who has proven it - aside from Bojan for a very brief spell Truth is Coates is now doing this all on a shoe string

Fuck me are we seriously turning our noses up at a loan move for Danny Ings? What has he done since signing for Liverpool that suggests he could be the one to turn things around for us? It's lazy arsed scouting. The club is fast becoming a joke.

Fuck me are we seriously turning our noses up at a loan move for Danny Ings? Because he is injury prone and has disappeared for the last 2 years On what basis are you calling out people re this signing? Get you head out of where ever it is and recognise this club is doing everything on a shoestring

Fuck me are we seriously turning our noses up at a loan move for Danny Ings? We could be in for Harry Kane mate but he wouldn’t score goals imo with us

Loan would be OK, as long as he don't turn into Berahino 2.

I'd take Ings, not sure how many issues he solves though? Service has been our downfall under Hughes, we'd make Messi look like Sidwell with our current setup
Much rather our efforts focused on centre midfield and fullbacks, Fletcher is in the same retirement home as Johnson sadly, and our fullback situation speaks for itself

I thought we could only have two players on loan. If so does this mean Jese is going home?

Let's sign him permanently then. £15million should do it.

Well said Pugs - some cant see what a joke this has become Who the fuck made you judge and jury ? No fella calm down - just sharing a like minded view. The majority may disagree and fair play Don't take it personally fella I just think, yet agian we are gambling on someone who frankly has showed no signs of whta they were which is not what we need right now

Could be an Odemwingie. Could be a Guidetti.
After recent windows I'm expecting nothing and anything else is a bonus.

Hopefully we're looking at loans and cheap players because the board know Hughes won't be here in the summer

Fuck me are we seriously turning our noses up at a loan move for Danny Ings? Why wouldn't we? He's just given 3 strikers new contracts all in the last 12 months, why should we get another striker? He will take a month or two to get fit. He's injury prone. And loans are shite. There's not a good reason for this deal.

If this is the kind of signing we're considering Coates is becoming a major problem.

This would be a poor move. He is injury prone and hasn't played consistently for a couple of years now. Plus, it's hardly like we have a shortage of forwards - it's just that the manager either doesn't play them or doesn't use them in the right way. Other areas of the team are more urgently in need of attention.

If it does come down to a case of him having his pick of Stoke, West Brom, Newcastle and maybe West Ham - geography could give us the edge. It looks like he lives in Salford.
And we certainly could promise him minutes!
