Excellent defensively in the second half in the 4-2-3-1 formation.
As with all players they looked like they actually knew what was what.

booing a player and then expecting him to play better as a result - the actions of an imbecile.
Proves yet again we have some complete tools within our mist.

If you're going to start implying that thousands upon thousands of paying fans (who are frustrated with 22 months of abject crap) aren't worthy of being called fans because they let out a bit of frustration while we were behind and playing poorly to a side in the bottom three, we may as well pack up. If all the people who booed today stopped turning up, we'd be back in the lower leagues before the end of the decade. Perhaps those booing werent there when we were in the lower divisions? What a load of bollocks.

Bad form, Stokies, to boo one of our own players. True some players have poor games, but they don't choose to play poorly. They are picked because they are seen to be the best we have to play in that position. The fact that they may not be up with the job is not their fault, but the fault of those who choose top play them.Booing an off form player never improved his game, while showing support for him may do so.

Person thinking that people booing a certain player believe that by doing so it will make said player play better - the thoughts of an imbecile. Proves yet again we have some complete tools within our midst not mist.

The vast majority of those in block 30, from row 25 back are a bunch of wankers for sure especially the tosser on row 25, seat 590/591.
First moan of the day was because he didn't like the kick off then everything thereafter was Erik pieters fault.
Absolute tosser

Why do you have to be a happy clapper if you dont boo?? Many can see we have lots of problems and see it as more of a reason to get behind the team.

The booing is about much more than today. Pieters has been poor for weeks but still seems to be an automatic pick. He looked much better second half almost like a new signing but for me today just papers over the cracks.
That said a win after going behind is more than welcome

I presume you vented such frustrations at the game and not rush home to quickly vent your anger, with a hollier then thou rant? Personally I don’t boo anyone, I expect him to misplace 80% of his passes and generally look a pub footballer. He was better second half though. Luckily I have a bit of a life, I'm still in the glebe so does that rubbish yr bollocks of rushing home What have they got on 🍺

For the record, I got frustrated with him at the start because he was playing shit.
He improved in the 2nd half, but still should be nowhere near the side.

Why do you have to be a happy clapper if you dont boo?? Many can see we have lots of problems and see it as more of a reason to get behind the team. It's a fans way of showing displeasure, what other medium is there for showing you are unhappy with certain things? As fans we clap and cheer when things are going well and are expected to still clap and cheer when things aren't? Today, I think the boos were more general boos brought on as a result of a monumental build up of frustrations that peaked with Pieters pass backwards rather than being aimed directly at him.

The back pass today looked like his only option at the time to be honest. Not the point anyway, booing a particular player can be confidence destroying. Why would we do that to our own player? Also, Fletcher probably passes back more than Pieters, it's just he has become the boo boy.

Given his limitations, he never hide's from the ball and he does put a shift in. But we do need better.
