We have to sound that massive wanker Koeman out. I hope the stoke board are in yet another emergency meeting tonight to sort out this tumultuous shit storm out

QSF is STILL alive in some betting markets; Odds ranging from 14/1 to 20/1 Surely if this was dead and buried, he wouldn't still be on the list? F*ck, my head hurts!!

Tuchel and Blanc. Two top class managers that are out of work but have managed in top European leagues and competitions. Surely if the club wanted to make any kind of serious statement they should have sounded these guys out. Premier League experience should have no bearing on the appointment if their CV’s are considered.
Klopp, Guardiola, Mourinho, Pochettino; none of these had Premier League experience but had good pedigree. All now managing at a very competitive level.
I’m not saying either of Tuchel or Blanc would come, merely making a point that a good track record in a top European League would stand us in good stead management wise.

Slavisa Jokanovic would be my choice. Doesn't have Prem experience but has a good record and if we did go down I would back him to get us back up again. Give him a similar deal to the one offered to Flores and see what he could do. If it has to be an out of work manager then Clement or Monk. I think either with the right backing could work and would certainly be better options than Lambert.

Not saying I'd be against Tuchel (it'll never happen), but he did fail spectacularly at Dortmund.
Just cannot imagine for a second him being interested. Surely, waiting for Germany after Low? Or Bayern after Heynckes?

I think it is getting to the point where this process needs reverse engineering- stop going for who we want and getting royally rebuffed and actually go for somebody who is interested and available. What a bloody mess.

There will be plenty of decent abroad who'd take this job hands down We need good one though with prem experience Total snobbery from the club we need a manager who can manage and motivate a football team in a league not a rocket scientist with a PHD in physics There’s first class leagues all over the World just the name is different ffs Stoke get a grip

Still think TP would do wonders back here again
Lets list some positives
- Took us to an fa cup final - Took us to Europe - Took us to the premier league from the championship - Gave us the best year in the premier league all round for atmosphere we will ever have as a football club - Spoke highly of stoke on trent - Raised millions for the Donna Louise trust - Carried the olympic torch through Stoke on trent - Makes teams hard to beat - Best manager we have had in Stoke city's history - Makes teams fight, passionate and committed - Never Been relegated.

I've just put in an application for the job with Tel2u as my number two. My CV says I've won the Oatcake Occasionals Tournament twice, and one of those was with Smeegs in goal and Pricey wearing his gloves. I come cheap cus I don't need a big house in Wilmslow and can carry on living in my kinesil ise in Dresden. I'd go back to playing in the old fashioned way with inside forwards and a proper centre forward. No three at the back stuff for me.
OS. (for manager. You know it makes sense.)

Well after another weekend of f5 I can't take it anymore. Tomorrow is match day and we'll either see a stoke side that have responded as some teams do when their manager is given the boot or we will see a side that are dejected more than when sparky was in charge.
I pray the stoke board do not fuck this up but I have a horrible feeling that Lambert enthusiasm will get him the job.
I feel sick

Yeah, but you wouldn't have me and Merk to marshal the troops, Mick! Right now, you could probably still convince me to give you a go ahead of Lambert and McLaren!
