I was going to say I’d take Michael Barrymore at the moment, but then I remembered when he’s left in charge of things, they sink to the bottom very quickly.

Once the bright new thing currently in Quatar on a 2 year contract. Surely a better option than some of the names being mentioned. Has dodgy dealing with agents doesn't he? Pretty certain I remember hearing somewhere it's a reason why pretty much no one will touch him.

The problem now is that getting someone decent in will take time which we don’t have the time for if we want to get players in so we’re stuffed. I’m sorry but this mess is down to the board. Forget this transfer window now Cobs...1 right back in & bugger all else

To echo the other thread.
Nixon has said Lambert is one of three or four on the shortlist. Another is Bilic. The other two both have PL experience.
Pearson? McClaren?

I’d go for Paul Clement for the rest of the season.
He’s got a good pedigree. He was sacked by Derby for non-football reasons At Swansea he lost Siggurdsson and Lorente who weren’t replaced He had a dreadful squad at Swans and they weren’t cut adrift (but on paper should have been) He wouldn’t turn us down like everyone else, he’d take it
I’d roll the dice on him, I think he’s our best bet.

Pay a shit load to get Big Phil Scholari in until the Summer with a massive saviour bonus... He want's back to europe and could be in the shop Window and earn a wedge while he is at it.

Said koeman from the get go, did a good job at Southampton, the Everton fiasco I doubt was entirely his fault regarding recruitment after they sold lukaku, he’s available with prem experience and he’s hardly had a fucking mention. We will just go for Paul Lambert instead. Bunch of dick heads.

It's got to the stage now where I couldn't give a fuck about who comes in. I feel like I'm wishing the rest of the season away anyway.
If the club wants arses on seats and a decent uptake on season tickets they better make something fucking magical happen in the next 7 days to keep fans remotely interested in this piss poorly run club otherwise we can wipe a few thousand fans off attendances.

Just looking at Nigel Pearson and hid CV is very impressive and he's worked at Stoke in the past so should be familiar with the setup. He left Leicester under a bit of a cloud due to some player indiscretions and left them in a good position.
The following season Ranieri the tinker man walked into the same team vacated by Pearson and won the Premiership.
The following season did not go too well at Leicester and tinker man was relieved of his duties with Craig Shakespeare guiding the club to a respectable position . Hard as nails and bright as a button Pearson should be brought in forthwith and Craig Shakespeare as his deputy.
Thing is now that the top brass at Stoke seem to be rushing from one disaster to the next and therefore looking like very poor prospective employers. I sense a whiff of deja vu with MON, after being left hanging out to dry whilst Flores probably ended up with a substantial pay rise to stay with Espanyol in the same manner as Rowett. No manager for Old Trafford so what next?
