They don't deserve to be where they are.
Roy is a great coach
I thought we were a little unlucky
We always donate to piss poor sides otherwise they would get NO points.
The SHOW must go on.

Why? He is a stokie and therefore for every true stoke supporter - every game is a MUST win. What a load of old rollocks. That isn't what he meant and you know it. I must have missed his 'MUST win' posts before the Arse, Shit and Citeh games.

Guardian preview has a 3-5-2 formation with Bruno in for Wimmer in the back three and Adam in for Ramadan in a middle three, with just Shaq and Choupo ahead of them.
I hope it is wrong. I want a return to 4-2-3-1:
Grant
Zouma Shawcross Martins Indi Wimmer
Fletcher Allen
Choupo Shaqiri Jese
Diouf

God help us if the Guardian team is the correct one. I feel a bit sick at the prospect and may well go the golf course instead of putting myself through watching Charlie, on a bad live stream, drag his fat backside across the pitch!

I have golf lined up afterwards (given our 4 hour time difference) and a good picture on my TV and still I cringe at the thought of suffering the Dundonian destroyer attempting shots from the half way line and tackles late enough to be in time for next week's game as he huffs 'n' puffs his way around the field.

I'm sure I'll sit down at the computer, but I'd certainly reconsider if Adam was playing and we were just playing Choupo up on his own with Shaq behind. Can't see it myself. The trouble is, we have no midfield options really, even if we switch to a back four say, with Cameron at right back. Afellay could sit in there perhaps with Shaq, Choupo and Diouf ahead but that won't happen in a million years.

I don't fancy Diouf marking Zaha or Townsend..... or Adam against RLC and Cabaye!

Bloody hell, what the hell is up with Cameron? It's more than concussion surely? Hughes said he is back on the grass, but needs some conditioning work to get him match fit - so he sounds like he is close to a return, maybe next week.

Really think zaha will try and get on the shoulder of wimmer
Would drop wimmer and play bmi unless the lad is injured or something??

Grant
Zouma BMI Wimmer
Diouf Allen Fletcher Pieters
Shaq Crouch Choupo-Moting
Shawcross - I'm worried about his lack of pace against their forward line.
Ramadan - has looked out of place really. Ineffective at best, liability tracking back at worst.
If Shaq isn't fit, we're screwed

Selhurst Park is just one of those grounds we never seem to get anything from, isn't it?
My heart says a 2-1 win to Stoke, my head says another point away from home will be a good result!
Either way, let's hope for a good performance backed by some Stokies in fantastic voice 👍🏼

I hope that Benteke plays, because Palace then will resort to having their wingers deliver high balls to him, which Shawcr0ss, in good form, will know how to deal with, as will Zouma. If he doesn't, then Zaha and Townsend will drive inwards against our OAP defenders, and that will be rather unpleasant.

I really think we could struggle if we play the same side v Palace. They have a lot of pace but look very open at the back. I'd love us to go back to 4231 and stick Mame up front and put Zouma in CM with Allen. Grant Edwards Ryan Wimmer Eric Zouma Allen Choupa Shaq Ramadan Diouf I'd go with that Yep. Me too.

If we get anything positive from Palarse it will be a bonus.
Sadly expect another disjointed set up, one half of very poor football as usual, defensively vulnerable & usual mistakes mistakes mistakes, and to cap it off a substation or 2 that makes no sense
B'ah chuffing humbug from Caerwrangon (but you know it will no doubt happen!)

If we go three at the back with no midfield to slow them down, we're going to get dicked I'm guessing. Zaha, Townsend and Cheek, add in Benteke. Shit that might get ugly with Diouf and Pieters on the edges. Don't worry if we have Charlie next to Fletcher, that'll change it!
