It'll be the same team, they got a point, he's happy with a point, he'll be thinking why change it. Hughes doesn’t have the imagination to change the line-up and too stubborn to abandon this three at the back stuff. The stubbornness is definitely problematical

Err, a win lose or draw does not mean the next game you get the same result, We could have easily won or lost the BHA game. Does not mean we get the same result next time. FM really has a lot to answer for! Yeh I get what you're saying but he'll probably think there's no reason to change it up when we haven't lost, conceding two in the way we did and the players clearly not knowing how to play 3 at the back should be screaming at him but I doubt much will change.

Pulis is twiddling his thumbs at the moment, so it would be wise to use his experience for this one and pick the team for Hughes..
.................Grant.............. Zouma.....Shawcross....Wimmer......BMI ...........Fletcher..Allen............ ..............................Pieters Shaqiri................ .................Adam.........
................Crouch.............

More of a mustn't lose surely? Lose and supposedly down and out Palace will be just 4 points behind us. Avoid defeat and we will remain a relatively healthy 7 points ahead. If you have all your eggs in the 'win' basket I suggest you prepare yourself mentally for possible disappointment!

If you have all your eggs in the 'win' basket I suggest you prepare yourself mentally for possible disappointment! Yep, if we can't win, don't lose. Having said that, I've got a bad feeling about this one. They seem to be playing better than their results, and Loftus-Cheek, Zaha, Townsend and Benteke will start producing together at some point. They were hard done by against Everton - a dodgy pen and a kamikaze goal conceded. They are due a win and our record at Selhurst is shocking. I agree that a back 3 would be risky, leaving big pockets of space for Zaha and Townsend down the flanks. I don't think he'll change it though, just adapt it to more like the Back 5 we saw at Watford. It's asking a lot of Diouffy to look after the in-form Zaha. Zouma will have to support him throughout. Think it will be the same team as Brighton and I would take a point now. Tough game. Think we'll get beat down there again.

We have so little flexibility in the variety of team we can put out, which is a consequence of 3/4 poor transfer windows. So you will see a similar team every week barring injuries. It's clearly a lower half standard team who will do well to exceed 40pts. So matches away against bottom 3 teams are crucial mustn't lose games. The answer really isn't chuck the kids in or play players not used to new positions in such a cut throat league with little margin for error and results are everything. We have declined into a bang average squad who should just about survive this season, another couple of poor transfer windows could well see us drop.

Yes, I'm sure it will be the Brighton team if there are no surprise injuries. Palace do have some seriously good attacking options, I'd be delighted with a draw and move on to the next one.

Roy turned the tide against Stoke when he managed the Baggies. Prior to that, they were almost a banker 3 points home or away. You can get 5/2 the draw if you want it. Palace just a shade over evens to win.

So important we win this game -the final result on monday was nothing short of a disaster to my eyes-and weve only won 3 games this season, not good enough pure and simple!

Grant Edwards Zouma Shawcross Pieters Allen Fletcher Shaq Jese Choupo Berahino/Diouf The midfield 2 isn't good enough for a 343. we have no creativity in attack without Shaq and Jese on the field. playing with 12 we have a chance!!

Want to keep this good run of form going for as long as we can
Confident about this one but we did lose 4-0 to them last season I think?

I was delivering in the depths of rural Hampshire and drove through this place. Seems appropriate for this fixture. Stoke Charity is an actual thing.....

we have a pretty shite record down there , I'd be happy with a point with our current side , they seem to have a few that could hurt us and Benteke back too .
A bit fearful about how the back five might fare there .
December is going to make or break our season so avoiding defeat to Palace and keeping the score down on Wednesday would be a reasonable way to enter it games like Swansea H Burnley A West Ham H West Brom H and Huddersfield A need to bring in at least 10 points or we will be in the shit in the second half of the season I think .

I think we are gonna get a pasting and already put 3-0 to palace on my Super 6, that’s how much faith I have in the system because defending is something we are not doing well.
Please prove me wrong stoke
