Expected and just announced.
Don't think Moyes (who is rumoured to be the next manager) is any better to be honest. Moyes at Everton looked like a decent manager - but poor stints at Man U, even worse in Spain and a horror show at Blunderland, would not have me shouting for him to take over if I was a Wet Sham fan. Bet Arnie will welcome the change though - Bilic was clearly regretting signing him.

Dyche? Moyes?

I'd go for Dyche if I were them. But they and their fans may see him as too similar to Allardyce. Again, I think Allardyce is a decent manager, but West Sham seem not to agree.

They need some one with ambitions. Long term, yes they do. But at present they need someone who is a) prepared to come and b) who will guarantee to keep them up. That is why it is rumoured that the next appointee will have an initial 6 month contract.

They would be better off with Dyche but hope they go for Moyes and they end up going down. Nothing to do with Arnie all about their owners, Chief Executive and the grubby deal for the stadium.

Can´t really blame Arni so far for not shining in a crap team. Their defence is horrible.

I would opt for Allardyce for two reasons: 1) just so he could bollock Arnautovic from one end of the ground to the other which would make him sulk even more 2) just so the Wet Sham fans can have a full blown revolt; shit ground, shit play, shit boardroom and Fat Sam as cherry on the top of their relegation season 😁

A meagre 3 points behind us, WHU that is, for that reason I'm going easy on the obituaries for the moment.

My sympathies go to Bilic, badly let down by his players who can clearly play well if they have a mind to. Great shame for West Ham, who won the world cup and are very ambitious.

You watch them start playing out of their skins and surge up the league until they realise Moyes is a wank manager and they stop playing for him as well.

It looks like it'll be Moyes. Which is really odd. But he was very good at Everton but that was many moons ago. They've got a good squad and a good side in there if someone can mould them. I hope he doesn't.

I hope he doesn't. I think the biggest problem is the formation. Hernandez is a good player but he is not physical enough to lead the line. If the next manager can find a way of deploying him regularly as a second striker then they should do OK. Obviously if Andy Carroll could stay fit that would help but he doesn't look like he will ever be a 30 game per season striker again.

That's a shame I liked Bilic there was something rather endearing about his hang dog hands in pockets stance on the touchline. In fact ma lady says he makes me look like Mr Happy!....cheeky mare

Or he will regret a new manager coming in, as they tend not to use the previous manager's most recent signings, especially if they have failed to settle in, which Arnie has. He might be put up for sale at a cut price by the end of the season.

I'll thank Slav for the last season at the Boleyn but since then the team has lost the defensive nous and discipline that Sam ingrained despite a few game raised performances against Spurs/Chelsea/ManU etc..Bilic's failed to stabalise/improve, albeit we now can look pretty but ineffective going forward. Bilic's a nice bloke and a good manager with intelligent top players but not with the sort West Ham (overhyped/overrated/overpaid/)have and neither has he managed over the course of his contract improve individuals or even establish our best playing shape or personnel. A Moyes/Neville dream team awaits (apparently) - he's probably the best or most desperate of Sullivan's cheap options - His recent record suggests there's no way I can be confident he'll stop the rot - I so hope this isn't true. Rumour Dyche is who we're really after - but we'll see. Whoever gets the poisoned chalice first task (other than getting some points) will be preventing Lanzini/Hernandez bailing out in Jan. In the meantime even I'd put a few quid on us playing Championship football in front of a half filled toxic bowl next season.. with Sullivan claiming "next level"
