Toxic was always good with players he believed would do a good job for him. I've heard it first hand. However as soon as you were deemed 'not of any use' it was a different story. Naah he was ok with players who obeyed him. He started his shit with Pennant whilst he was still doing a good job for him. Nothing to do with numerous breaking of curfews particularly one before an Everton game?

Nothing to do with numerous breaking of curfews particularly one before an Everton game? Exactly as I said as long as they obeyed him. Only exception was Ric who did what the fuck he wanted and never got the treatment.

"What isn’t up for debate is the way I think about him. I’m firmly in the latter category and can’t speak highly enough of how he treated me and my family when he brought me to Stoke." This can't be right at all, Pulis is an utter cunt without a shred of human decency in his body. I read so on the Oatcake. Toxic was always good with players he believed would do a good job for him. I've heard it first hand. However as soon as you were deemed 'not of any use' it was a different story. Is Hughes any different in that regard?

Ric was out all the time too and regularly late but he got away with it perhaps Pulis didn't fancy a straightner in the showers with him.

He should have been sacked after West Ham but I barely remember one fan screaming for it.

He was seen out late regularly the night before games, even Pulis himself said he was regularly late and as he always said well Ric's just Ric.

Not sure if he was done for drink driving whilst playing for Stoke like poor little Jermaine.

Is Hughes any different in that regard? I would say most managers are similar and are very selfish. It's how they do it though. You can still be civil and no belittle people in front of their peers. Even Ric was treated very poorly when the manager realised he was on the wane.

Even Ric was treated very poorly when the manager realised he was on the wane. I wouldn't say Hughes treated Pennant particularly well after that Everton penalty incident. Other players have also been completely ruthlessly dismissed.
