Wales job waiting 4 pulis he's book makers favourite. I live in Wales and been in the pub tonight watching the match, speaking to the lads in the pub he would not be a popular choice based on the feedback I heard! 2 of the guys have already booked flights to China to watch Wales in that tournament tbey have coming up: "I am cancelling my flight if that negative twat manages Wales" was the opinion! I actually loved him at Stoke until his time was up, but glad he left when he did though. He really is like Marmite! Splits opinion like nobody else can

What's with the Eddie Jones and Pep Guardiola felching session on SSN? The Pep quote along the lines of "....he was really gentle..." That was the most bizarre one for me 🤮

Would Tone now be interested in the Wales job? they want a driven welshman to replace Coleman after all. www.oddschecker.com/football/football-specials/wales/next-permanent-managerHe seems to be favourite. Maybe it's time for a step back for him now. He's 60 in January. But the drop in wages from £1.5m-£2m to £250k does knock a bit off its attractiveness. Mind you, the hours are good. Easier commute every now and then from Sandbanks instead of each and every week I guess?

A couple of West Brom players allegedly joined in chants for Tony Pulis to get the bullet at West Bromwich Albion.
So says The Mirror, without naming them, after Albion fans claimed they saw the players join in with the words from an executive box at The Hawthorns on Saturday when the Baggies were beaten 4-0 by Chelsea.
pmsl when i read this.

He loves his ADIDAS cap so can’t see him managing a team sponsored by Macron or Nike. What are his options?

Really can't see that being true. There are also reports that players on the bench were doing it. I reckon it's more a case of somebody asking what the fans were chanting and the players in question answering and somebody spotting them mouthing the words... Or am I talking out of my arse?

Pardew or Pulis that's a bit like choosing between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump!

Its almost like clubs near the bottom are given the same list of potential managers and recruit on a rota basis. You get the adrenaline rush of sacking you manager and before you know it you've got Pardew smirking back at you. Its as sobering as a slap round the face with wet herring.

Lmh should see tp sacking as a warning...
What can happen, if you know What you are doing but you are too cautious
Tp understands the game but 3 points for a win means win percentage is everything and you have to be prepared to lose a few to get your win percentage as high as you can.
Two or three draws on the bounce will not get you motoring up the table but Two or three wins will.
Win percentage decides the league table, not ' keeping it tight ' or ' clean sheets '

What Barton knows, you could read on the back of a postage stamp! Well, whatever you think about Pardew, he's won a couple of promotions, guided a club into Europe, took a team to an FA Cup Final and been awarded an LMA Manager of the Year award. He was also sacked from his last job with his club 17th in the Premier League. So he can't be that bad can he?

What Barton knows, you could read on the back of a postage stamp! Actually his book is a decent read and his football knowledge pretty impressive and insightful . One interesting pint by Michael Calvin was he researched him extensively within the game and found by far the majority of players he olayed with very complimentary .

Pardew is a complete arse. He's a funny one Pardew. His teams seem to have good runs and then go to pieces. Its also quite hard to pin down his style - its neither particularly dull nor that exciting. The footballing equivalent of instant coffee or a Vesta curry, And I agree - he's a complete arse.
