Another two pieces of charcoal about 3-4cm each. Slowly but surely it's coming out. I think my anus is slightly ripped because there was a little fresh blood when I wiped and a sharp pain when I wiped. It hurts to sit or stand. I sprayed it but it still hurts. What do I do now? having read page 1 and this post, get to the doctors you crazy fool !

I'd get Mr. Crapslinger to come round and lick it all clean.

This - I would not want to worry you but you need to go to your GP and demand a colonoscopy and a blood test for anaemia asap. They will give you something to clear you out beforehand and will be able to spot anything untoward and treat you accordingly. You should not be putting this off..........

The shit has lightened up and softened in the last day, so I think it's okay. I got a referral for a colonoscopy but am really scared about having one.

Now then, don't be nervous, you don't want to be all clenched on the day. Tight as a duck's arse and all that obvious mucky duck punnery etc. Easy enough for me to be flippant having never having had one up the jackpiece, though I have had one down into a lung. It was ok, like watching Fantastic Voyage. Nowt to be frit about with today's technology. I've never been in a US hospital though, might be a totally different experience. Good luck. Why not ask for a circumcision while you're there, fit in with the Spurs mob a little better?

Doctors have a golden eye for these things they'll just take a gander duck and you'll be scooting home in ruddy health before you know it.

The shit has lightened up and softened in the last day, so I think it's okay. I got a referral for a colonoscopy but am really scared about having one. Try not to be - it's a very straightforward procedure and nowhere near as uncomfortable as a gastroscopy where they inflate your empty stomach and you belch like feck !! You'll be given a couple of sachets of stuff to take in the preceding day or two that will really clear you out ;-) - the cleaner your system the better! - on the day they'll offer you a mild sedative just to relax you and a team of professionals will have it done in a few minutes. There will be some rolling you from side to side gently by the nurses as the scope proceeds but you cannot feel it as such. They may take some samples while they're at it but the gastro doc will be able to give you a view of what he or she thinks initially - don't be afraid to ask questions...... Your relatively young age and the fact you've seen an improvement in last day or two bodes well and further to the scope the doc can prescribe moremeffective meds and treatments for managing / future prevention strategies......hope all goes well and you get back to business as usual soon !
