Just like when they took firstrow down and 5 new proxies popped up
People always find a way, until they make a legal convenient alternative like Netflix they won't stop it
They call it piracy and i guess it is but there's NO legal way to watch every Stoke match online in the UK.. paying monthly for SKy sports/BT Sports to see Stoke once in a blue moon isn't worth it

Leaders to kids in lesser communities "Get into sport" Also leaders to kids in lesser communities "Dont watch any sport unless your parents pay half of their money to sky/bt" Fucking ridiculous

Watching Kodi is stealing from multimillionaires who drive round in cars worth more than your house, paid for by football fans who have no other way of seeing thire team play in the game that used to belong to the people, but has been stolen and sold to the corporate greedy.

They won't shut down closed membership streaming subscriptions. They'll struggle anyway.
The free streams are dog shit anyway, like watching Football Manager.

Sky have already done this on new routers but I believe you can get round it by changing a setting on the router.

Until the average supporter is prepared to accept the moving of the entire Premiership programme to a Sunday afternoon (save for one match on a Saturday lunch time and one match on a Saturday tea time) then there will be this perpetual impasse.

No streaming at 3.00 pm on a Saturday means going to Vile Park or Stafford Rangers.
Don't think so.
Alternatively Port Vile or Stafford Rangers fans won't miss thire own home games to stop in to watch a Stoke or any other stream.
Most Prem lge games are sold out and away fans take up the full allocation so what other than greed is the problem?

Cant really call it 'piracy' if theres no legal alternative, its a shame theres not but it would ruin football attendances and create hordes of gloryhunting man ure fans so its a losing battle

Most Prem lge games are sold out and away fans take up the full allocation so what other than greed is the problem? Bury sell ManU shirts in their club shop. It must be absolutely galling for them to have to do so but they're trying to keep their club alive and they need to make a profit however they can, so where needs must some unpalatable decisions have to be swallowed. If ManU were broadcast live at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon it would have a direct effect on Bury's gate receipts, it's not even open to discussion. Same for many other smaller clubs throughout the country. If the Premier league schedule was played on a Sunday then it wouldn't be an issue and Sky would be given the rights to broadcast ALL games live in this country but your average footy fan won't accept it and we ultimately carry on going round in circles.

If this means some of the paid for subscriptions via kodi or pc get taken down then yes it'll be harder. If these providers aren't then people with a vpn will easily carry on. Even if the main ones are taken down it might then take 5 mins to find another stream.
For this season I've got a season ticket, sky and a subscription via kodi. I feel perfectly vindicated watching games that I can't get to at home or away ones via kodi as there's fuck all other option unless I move to somewhere like Singapore where £100 or so gets you legit access via premier league pass to every game

For the first time in 10-15 years time of streaming I now feel sufficient measures are being taken. These additional bits are less important than law brought in to play in May making ISPs have to customer data over if they identify streaming. Its now got the same laws as they've had in Germany where I know people have been fined relatively large amounts 500 and 1000 Euros.
If you are going to stream this year, now is as good a time as any to ensure you have a decent VPN. Probably best to ensure the VPN is based in panama too, or a country that doesn't have to share data with another area.
I read the other day that on average premier leagues club wages are double the next highest top flight of football, who benefits? Only the players and agents in my eyes. Whilst we suffer with overpaid limited options.
DAZN, is a legal European netflix of the football world. The fee used to be 10Euro per month to watch any game streamed, unfortunately you can't watch it from the UK.
Is there any kind of a petition UK football fans can vote for to get this changed before no-one is interested in football?

We're on a very slippery censorship slope here. First they try blocking torrent sites, then porn (won't someone think of the children?!), now this. We'll be at Best Korea level of censorship by 2025..... Just a shame the ISPs do little to block sites that host malware etc, as they obviously have the capability for people on default settings (DNS etc).

I know the prices in Sweden and Denmark are pretty steep as well. And they show Stoke like 10-12 times during the season, because the top teams get priority.

The twat uses OUR Court System but pays no tax! I found this on the net:- Further research reveals that Mr Murdoch's main British holding company, Newscorp Investments, has paid no net corporation tax within these shores over the past 11 years. This is despite accumulated pre-tax profits of nearly £1.4bn. Payments were made in some years, but in others rebates were claimed.
The Newscorp Investments stable includes newspapers such as The Times and The Sun as well as a 40% share in the satellite broadcaster BSkyB. Had it paid the full 30% rate on its 1998 profit of £309m, it would have netted the Exchequer £92m. (Enough to buy thousands of school textbooks, something that the Murdoch press is currently encouraging parents to do by way of collecting newspaper tokens.)
But while just about any company worth its stock valuation will seek to trim its annual tax bill, Mr Murdoch's die-hard loyalty to the tax loophole has drawn wide criticism.

VPN is the way (at least for now). I struggled like hell last season with KODI, so use a free VPN via my laptop and it works fine.

Browse for either 'VPN' or 'IP Blocker'... basically a program that masks your location so your provider can't block or throttle your Internet speed. Launch the program before opening your browser and you are effectively 'hidden' from your own internet provider - they don't know you're streaming. I use Hotspot Shield, it's free up to a point - if you want to use it unlimited then you have to pay, but the free monthly allowance is enough for a couple of away games per month at least. I then get most coverage on a website called FromHot. Just make sure you're also running a pop up blocker (I use AdBlockPlus on Firefox) to stop all the stupid pop-ups.
