This ruling does nothing to dispel the idea that we have a globalist remainer elite against the biggest ever vote of the people.
And as predicted before the referendum, they will try every trick in the book to prevent us leaving the EU.
Even when we've left, this colluding group of quislings won't stop fucking every thing up to teach us a lesson.

Amber Rudd MP Despite personal assurances from the PM, the Cabinet was not shown the legal advice around this prorogation. This is an astonishing moment and I regret that the PM, who entered office with such goodwill, went down this route. I urge him to work with Parliament to pass a Deal. Is she OK now? A while back she was beyond the pale for calling Abbott coloured! And responsible for the Windrush Scandal.

The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom broke the law to silence Parliament, he and Rees-Mogg lied to our Queenâs face to achieve that goal. A fantastic day for our democracy. If anyone wants to argue that the 11 top judges in the country all making a unanimous decision is wrong, there is no point in discussing anything It IS what bexiteers have wanted and they have got it, parliamentary sovereignty.

Good lord....bbc just did live reaction at Hanley and the first guy must have come straight from the bushes at Clayton wood. I saw this đ ... Absolutely horrific. As soon as anything on the telly says, "We're crossing live to Stoke-on-Trent" and shudder goes through my spine. It's the same when we have fan shots live on Sky, I swear they do it on purpose.

The establishment installed a remainer as PM, then left it just long enough to bring in a no deal Brexiteer to take the role at the PERFECT time to allow a no deal with the least parliamentary scrutiny possible (five week Tory leadership campaign, followed by five week summer recess, followed by proroguing). May was elected unopposed because all her challengers just dropped out of the leadership contest for some reason or another . It was a bit of a problem that the establishment didn't have the final say in the new PM but I'm sure they will enjoy their retribution. The Conservative Party are the establishment and always have been. Wakey, wakey!!!

So many precedents just for Brexit, though. I understand why people are questioning them. Sky are positively wanking over the decision. Utter wankers, as are the twats they are interviewing one after one, all Remainers so far. Apart from Farage, who said that Johnson made a ridiculous decision to prorogue parliament in the first place. And to be fair to them, it's hardly surprising that leave Tories are in hiding for the time being ... It should be bigger than party politics, Paul. Its about honouring a vote. Its been the exact opposite for 3 years.

The PM shouldn't be able to just shut down parliament for their own motive. That's why. If Corbyn had done that to avoid scrutiny people would be literally losing their minds.

Johnson said repeatedly "he wanted to carry out the prorogation ahead of a Queen's Speech so he could outline his government's new policies" The courts said emphatically that this was not the case. Misled, lied ,tomato, tomarto you decide.
