It's very strange he came in to the side looked a really handful, he worked hard for the team and looked dangerous going forward now he is out of the team completely

IMHO he should never have been dropped and given ten to fifteen games of invaluable experience. Pity Mr Hughes bottled it or is there something we are overlooking and only Mr Hughes knows.

I thought yesterday's game was mental for him the pace he has would have bought some fouls and if booked would be left for him to run at them with.ease

Why Hughes wont play Ramadan is madness. He is a young attacking winger which our squad is crying out for. He has done nothing wrong and doesnt deserve to be dropped the way he has

I know it might sound far-fetched but I can see Hughes' treatment of Ramadan as one of many reasons for Coates pulling the trigger in the summer.
Coates is a big fan of Ramadan, as was made clear after we capitulated at Spurs and he publicly criticised the whole team except for him. 3 games later and he's dropped from the team. Could make things kinda awkward? Especially as it could be argued that performances haven't really improved as a result.

Remember Sparky had nothing to do with the signing of Ramadam Sobi, pushed into getting him in before others pinched him. Sparky thinks he's too young and will be one for the future, if Sparky remains!!!

I think that there is an issue with Sobhi It seems to me that Hughes is punishing him for some kind of internal matter and hes keeping him out of the squad I cannot think of any other explanation, hes not injured . Just my thoughts Or the rumours that Hughes doesn't rate him are true. If Hughes doesn't rate him he needs fucking off for that alone. He's the most obvious natural talent I have seen here for years.

It's very strange he came in to the side looked a really handful, he worked hard for the team and looked dangerous going forward now he is out of the team completely Terrible man management from Hughes with players in form and really up for it. Yet we see Charlie Adam, Whelan and more of the old brigade when we should be going for the win with youth, pace and skill.

Going to be interesting to see how this plays out if the option of playing one of Shaq, Arnie and Ramadan as the No.10 continues to be unfathomably ignored.
Suppose much in the medium-term will depend on Shaq a.) staying and b.) staying fit (and both of those certainly aren't a given) - but even then Arnie seems pissed off when he's asked to play on the right (although he couldn't do much worse than he's done on the left over the last few weeks!)
So frustrating to see a genuine ray of light being ignored as we slog through this very dark period of form - and even the subs start to get very formulaic and old guardy with Crouch and Adam.

Get on here Sparky and tell us why our best young player is being given the cold shoulder. We want a sensible answer NOW!

Its crazy on so many levels given that he looks ready-made for us. Plus everyone can see Shaq should be tried in the number 10 role with Arnie and Ramadam either side of him.
Plus the fact there is uncertainty on whether Shaq will be staying with us and Ramadan has said he wants to stay at Stoke for a couple of years. Surely his agent will be telling him otherwise.
If we are not careful we risk losing him as he must have been promised to be involved more than he has.
This guy could be worth 30m in a couple of years and he cant get a start. Im sure Coates is going to be asking questions of Hughes over his continual non-usage of Ramadan.

If it is true that Hughes does not rate him then he's lost the plot completely. How can Coates trust him with any future transfers if this is the case?

It's almost like TP never left. I am not a TP fan but even TP would have played sobhi TP literally told the players.. If you work hard I will like you The west Brom lad on football focus surprised no one saying just that on Saturday TP would pick ramadan because he's a grafter who gets stuck in. That's the crazy thing,he's one of our best players but also one of our most hard working.

We will find out soon enough, but I am expecting a big bid for Ramadan this summer from someone like newcastle or west ham :-(
It's the worst Kept secret in football that he is one of the most promising young players in the premier league

If he does not rate Ramadan even after a couple of good performances, are the stories about MH not been involved in his transfer maybe true. But what message does it send to our younger players. At least our previous gave youth a chance with Wilko/Shawcross/Dicko and Shotton.Only Shawcross continued with his career,Wilko was cut short by injury and the other two moved on,but at least they were all given a chance to show if they were good enough.I think we will lose Ramadan to a team who offers more first team football. We have 3 games left of a shit season,I would like to see at least 3 younger players starting ,and I am sure the majority of supporters would except they may make mistakes but they need to learn.

A blind person can see we need both Sobhi and Arnie out wide and Shaq playing the No.10 role, we still have 3 games left to see if it works, if it did, we could just spend what transfer kitty there is on 2 fullbacks and 1 or 2 Midfielders.

Baffling. For Sobhi see Mame Diouf. For Mame Diouf see Phil Bardsley. Hughes has lost it. Interesting that those 3 love to get stuck in and are always up for the physical side of the game It's as if Hughes doesn't think that's important!! A few other managers would have a laugh at that Of course it's possible pochettino will drop wanyama dembele and alli (hughes style) for the title run in but I am not expecting it to work out that way

It makes my blood boil even thinking about him not paying Sobhi. With the current state of affairs under Hughes I'm not even sure he would get a look in at vale for any management role. Fuck off and quick Mark, thanks

Decent article on the kid today on football365. Sorry can't seem to get a link. Anyhow, people singing his praises and talking of his potential. One of these people is our tactical genius Mark Hughes. So my question would be, why the fuck don't you play him?.

Play him these last few games and the fans will love it!.

Oh for goodness sake. It is not rocket science
Sobhi. Arnie. Shaq Berahino
Or
Sobhi. Shaq. Arnie Berahino
Both with two holding midfielders to protect
On paper most teams would be worried by that front line
