There is a bit of that but theres other stuff as well of course. When did a Central defender last score for us (They are allowed to) when do we look like keeping a clean sheet, when do we look like a striker is going to score

We were doing fine with Crouch up top We have, but now ever started this journey we should continue it. Tonight I started to see that little bit more from him that makes me think he could possibly work. That said as soon as crouch is on you can put a team under pressure with a simple hoof, which we did, we just lacked the ball dropping at the right point. |

Made 2 clear opportunities which should have seen us score at least 1, but did'nt get much for himself and why we keep hoofing balls up to him is baffling. Are some of our players a bit thick?

The only decent chances we had were created by Berahino playing in Arnie.
The lad has had hardly any decent service from those around him, I don't think he's to blame.

Utterly disgraceful to try and pin anything on him tonight - he put Arnie CLEAN THROUGH twice....he offered and created more than anybody else. If it was Arnie playing him through I'd bet my bottom dollar that he'd have buried both - so please, get a grip.

As march says he doesnt even have pace. If his game is about running in behind defenders you would expect to see a bit of zip.
Plus he reminds me of Bojan how he ducks out of fifty fifty tackles.
I just dont see what hes supposed to be about. What are his strengths? Answers on a postcard please

He looks sharp. He is making good runs. There is NO work done on this team about playin the right balls to the striker. We've seen numerous strikers struggle as arnie turns backwards or cuts inside time and time again, same with our other supporting attacking players.
