Most talented player at the club and we're going to sell him to Middlesbrough. Fucking Middlesbrough. This Joselu, Muni, Bojan triangle has fallen apart which is such a shame as it looked like they brought a lot of spirit to the club and appeared proud to be here Sad times Didn't last long did it!

I don't think everyone is appreciating the importance of the Barca sell-on clause here.
If it really is 50% then talking about it being a "good deal" for Stoke to sell Bojan for £15m or £10m is irrelevant - what you are actually talking about is selling him for £7.5 million or £5 million. Those figures are peanuts in the current climate - there's no way we'd get an equivalent replacement for those sort of figures.
So (assuming the sell-on clause is being accurately reported) I can't see that it makes sense to sell him for anything other than a genuinely daft offer, that we'd be happy with half of, unless we really are desperate to get him off the wage roll.
For those reasons, I'd keep him.

About the only club that have done it in recent years is.......us! True but not really where 'top' players are concerned. Usually the misfits who need shipping out (Kenwyne was wank for us and Odemwingie was wank for Cardiff). True but I think Hughes sees Bojan as a misfit. It's why I'd like Hughes gone.

Shaq to the middle, Berahino wide right..... Shaq Ramadan & Arnie behind Berahino central with licence to swap roles.

£10-12M and I think we have done fairly well! We have plenty of options in that position and I think it's time for Sobhi as well (I know he is at ACON) to be given a chance to shine!

Am not that keen on Hughes either at the moment However, Bojan is simply not the same since his injury at Rochdale I do not believe that he has made a single tackle since his injury I understand why, he may not even realise it, but it has certainly taken its toll mentally and physically

I have not been, at any point, a member of the "Hughes out" mob but losing Bojan, especially to a Premier league rival on a similar level to ourselves, is in my opinion a monumental fuck up on his part. IF it happens.

Bojan to Boro, who'd have thought it 12 months ago. Let's hope with our transfer team we don't get shafted. I'd hold out for £15million but no doubt we'll probably 'let him go' for £8million. Bojan to Stoke to Boro. Who'd have thought that!!!! Crazy stuff.

we won't though will we? stoke will get 8/9m for him. show me where we can get the CDM or CB we require for that amount? All players decent for premier league start at 15/17 so we'll be down on the cash, and with a disgruntled squad as the others will son be onto their agents demeanding a move in the summer an almighty fuck up huge mistake in letting him go. we'll watch him in the games after take the opposition to pieces Well thats what we can buy BMI for so if we can find something similar its got to be good. Why would other players want to leave because of it he rarely features anyway. Why would he start ripping the opposition apart all of a sudden he's been poor for over 12months and looks too lightweight for the Prem. fingers x'd BMI signs. we might scrape it in the league this year, and if he sees discontent or best players being sold off for peanuts, he just might not want to sign he's a class act. Hughes has mismanaged this one so badly. I wouldn't expect anything less than him 'doing it' for other teams

Definitely Sobhi looks like a player better able to cope with the physical rigors of the Prem and still has bags of ability and flair.

Bojan just needs a run of games ...3/4 on a row and we will see him come good again ...if he didn't come good then fair play maybe he should go ...but giving him the odd game is not good for a player of his quality

I'm not liking Hughes at the moment at all but how has he mismanaged this, Bojan has had loads of chances since his injury and has been wank, he looks totally out of place like a small child playing against men.

Championship players are going for 12 million- what replacement can we get for that price.... Based on his form since injury we need an upgrade not an equally effective replacement. Therefore it's expected that we spend money. He's currently not good enough for us which is a shame because I like him. Even if we only get a few million out of a deal then it's still profit on what we paid. Saying that, we can't expect a lot because he's been below par for an average Premier League player since returning to the team.

He'd be a valuable asset to the club Bojan has shown time and time again how good he is. The press were in awe of our front 3 last year. BUt selling him isn't just money (or lack of in stokes case), its a sign on intent and ambition. If we sell, we're telling the world we're happy with an old managers aging squad and the current manager doesn't know as much as he should

Think this will be Hughes final nail to be fair can see him going Middlesbrough and getting the run of games he's needed and becoming the player we knew before his injury, there again I thought he played well in the Christmas period last year when we played Man City : united and Everton, Then Imbula come and he was dismissed, he just hasn't had a decent run of 90 minutes, fair well Bojan hope Hughes gets caught this time just as he did with Huth

It's certainly better than having a below par player in the squad getting ~50k a week in wages for the next 4 years. Bojan is fast becoming deadwood and I would rather sell than get stuck with deadwood. An issue we've had quite a lot of since being in the Prem.

Hughes playing the old guard winds me up probably more than it does anyone else but if he keeps doing it , it will get him the sack so he'll either find the right players to get the team moving forward again or get the sack. Whats the point of lumbering him with a player he can't find a way to incorporate into the team.

Sad state of affairs this. We give a 35 year old has been who offers nothing a new contract but sell one of our best players. To a shit club. He better have a top class replacement lined up. We better go out and get sigurdsson at least in the summer when swansea are down. Fucking ridiculous. Better get a striker and a defensive midfielder as well to make up for this. Absolutely fuming. Hopefully the money is just to fund a few big money moves this window.
