Saving him for Liverpool maybe? 10 days away, he could've ran him into the ground yesterday and still enough time to be fresh for liverpool Not with his injury record we couldn't! Maybe by saving him we hope to have him fit for both the Liverpool and Chelsea games, and as they are in quick succession felt it better to rest him against Leicester

Can someone tell me what he's actually offering us?Just heard Denis Smith on about him and you can tell in his voice that him and Imbula wouldn't be anywhere near the team if he was in charge

The epitome of a modern overhyped egotistical footballer.
The type of footballer I generally despise...hard to like some of our players sometimes. Bony is another.
We have accumulated some misfits. My god...

A great player in his time, and also a decent manager in his time- unfortunately his time was 25 years ago. His future would be aWhelan, Walters, Crouch- and we need to move on.

He just looks as though he is going through the motions and picking up his 70k a week. Doesn't look interested at all. Wonder if he will be on his way?

He can do the spectacular spectacularly but my god he's frustrating.
He is so inconsistent, it'd drive you nuts.
For a lad with aspirations to play for a big club he's crapping in the shop window!
I loved watching him turning it on in Stoke colours but we haven't seen it at all lately and at this stage Bony can give him a piggy back to China!

I hope we sell him, he doesn't deliver the goods often enough. He is supposed to be our star player, and he deliver the goods 1 or 2 games out of 10.... just not good enough.. look at sanchez or eriksen..., they deliver in 6-7 games out of 10.... and i am also not satisfied with arnies contribution..., he was good last season, but he needs to start performing on a regular basis..., but , we will beat the hornets ..... gooooooaaaaarrrrnnnnn Stoke

He will probably do well in a better team who don't have to work too hard for the wins, doesn't want to put a shift in. If he is too good for Stoke the quicker he goes the better.

I'm sure he likes his wages.
The bonuses and sponsorships must be nice.
I'm sure he likes going on holiday back to Switzerland.
The rest...I just don't know.

Long ball game bypassed him entirely. Makes you question the logic of the manager though doesnt it? lets play our shortest player then bang long balls that completely bypass him.

Lost count of the times I've said that he offers nothing this season. But it's enough to want to see the back of him. He's a a diving, cheating shithouse that does nothing but lose the ball due to diving and puts crosses out of play. And he can't shoot for toffee.
Fuck him off, get someone in that has the desire to play for the team.

I dont really care about his lack of work-rate as hes never that type of player.
BUT when he cant control simple passes, cant shoot for shit and cant find a teammate then I really do wonder where this Alpine Messi name came from.
He cant even do that basics of football at the moment. His first touch is always followed by a dive because he cant keep the ball under control
Hes a highlights reel player with all the rest in between a steaming pile of dross.

cheekymat i cannot agree more. he tries to go past an opponent ... fails and falls to the ground. soooo frustrating and yet some keep clamouring for his inclusion in the starting lineup, after he was left out recently. the good games he's had for Stoke can be counted on one hand. the sooner he goes the better and free up the wages and the space. Flatters to deceive and with his attitude I despise the fact he's a Stoke player.
