The only Premier League manager in recent memory who survived a crisis for more than a few months, that I can think of, was Steve Keane at Blackburn or Pardew at Newcastle. Big Sam was often under pressure at West Ham but eventually left. I like Sparky a lot but it's looking bleak for him. He has bought all this shit on himself, he is fucking the club up. Studies show that on average it takes 6 individual problems to cause the crash of a commercial jetliner. Rarely pilot error alone. Maybe it's the same with organisations and teams. With us possibly it's a combination of things, of which Sparky's performance is only one, albeit an important factor.

No he was too slow for this league, the problems we have now are bigger than one player. we still would have lost, but we wouldn't have shipped as many goals.
Ryan looked more comfortable with him.
Have you got next weeks lottery numbers please?

Everyone said Leicester were doomed to go to the Championship for many months. First season up though, he deserved time.

Apologies I should have included his team as in Mark and his team KKP style, we do however appear to have employed a blind pilot

Someone correct me if I'm wrong here but heard a very strong rumour that we would only be signing players if we shipped out a player in the same position.

These votes of confidence always signal a chairman who is considering his manager's future. As you said earlier, why is PC mentioning TP in every interview?

They are the only interviews I have heard.

This TP lark is getting boring now March Nobody is biting anymore mate I'm only asking why Peter Coates is talking about Tony Pulis when asked about Mark Hughes? I think there is more chance of me being the club's next manager than Tony Pulis, as I said last night. (Actually I quite like that idea - goalless draws forever!)

I'd love every moment. However, it isn't going to happen. TP is a chapter from our past. We need to find a new manager to gather behind - Hughes surely isn't going to be around much longer.

I think negotiations with the new guy will begin before he is fired, which will cause a delay. However, he would be gone before we play another game. For all we know, the club might already be making tentative enquiries. Hughes is under an unenviable amount of pressure.
