I think Berahino will be holding up a red and white shirt next July. Surely hes more ambitious than Sunderland Southampton perhaps.

I think Berahino will be holding up a red and white shirt next July. Nah, if he's going for a tribunal fee which will be much less than what we offered there will be plenty more clubs in for him I'd have though

He always wanted Tottenham or similar - don't think for one minute he was remotely interested in Stoke Better not score against us in a few weeks mind He very much was.

Berahino now holds all the cards,WBA will get compensation due to his age,but he can know pick a number of clubs. So it will come down to the wage packet. As he stitched everybody up,lying on his sun bed thinking about a auction for his signature .

"He's convinced he can turn Berahino around" He hasn't got a choice. His first choice forward line else, will be Rondon (a chronic waste under TP) and Robson Kanu. If we can't get Bony to sign permanently, i'd forget Berahino and go all balls out for Rondon in the summer.

Presumably if SB opts for a spell abroad, WBA get no compensation? However, his life until his contract ends could be 'difficult' to say the least.

They seem a bit thick though "if he was that good then another premiership club would want him, looks like we will be left with him again."

Its going to be a miserable season at the hawthorns, they never fill their seats at the best of times.
They'll all be calling for pulis to be sacked. I hope they do as that would seal their fate

West Brom fan/Season ticket holder at work says we could have dodged a bullet with this one, he says SB was a talent and an impact player when he first came in to the team, unfortunately he started to believe all his own hype and bullshit and went off the boil when he got a whiff of more money and a bigger team in his nostrils, he could not believe that people are willing to pay over 8-10 million for him even in todays inflated market as he has been gash of late with a lot of the WBA crowd actually hoping he goes from the club, he has been total dog shite since the fall out with the club and it seems his head has fallen off and can not be arsed to play like he used to and thinks he may have been trying to force a move to a bigger side......who coincidently he insists we are not, who knows in the long run what goes on behind the scenes and what could happen in the future but in all honesty I was/am not to bothered on this one if we get him or not from everything that he tells me, I was biding my time and hoping that if we did/do get him his head will become fixed and he will want to prove to WBA what they could have had by scoring boatloads for the potters........................
On another issue......
He detests sir Tone of Sandbanks and claims the Boing Boing crowd in the main despise the guy, his team selection and his tactics, he reckons that the Baggies fans would rather lose an entertaining game of football than draw a traditional Pulisball encounter.......although he thinks he will be gone before Christmas as the crowd are turning more vocal.
Onwards and upwards

The agent is on bbc saying berahino has a club lined up abroad for January - who will then be selling him back to a club in england (us- heavily implied) for a bit less than the fee being mentioned now. So west brom have lost themselves 20 million in one fell swoop, have failed to back their manager, AND the player, agent and the foreign club will make the money instead - and stoke will probably acquire him for, I would guess 15 million next year?
Edit; it was jon smith ' super agent' didn't name names but everyone knew it was berahino he was talking about. Said the agent will pocket 6 million for this manouvering

The general consensus on here is it was Saido's decision but was it not the Chairmans on whether he left or stayed?

You must have missed it mate. everyone said berahino and smith laughed and said he couldn't say. Plus the berahino transfer saga is the only analogous situation. I think it was as obvious as the nose on my face he was talking about berahino. He also said the selling club 'could have played it better' Yes, I suppose it won't just be stoke who would want to sign him for next season but I'd suggest there may be some sort of informal agreement. The key point is that West brom have absolutely pissed away twenty million and berahino isgoing to agree a deal with the foreign club to screw over wba

John Smith -not the actual agent - he said he knows of a situation ..... etc people in the studio said berahino He made it quite clear the player and the two buying clubs ( Stoke and the European club where he will be 'parked') where being "looked after very well by the players agent. Albion have utterly Ballsed this up.All the suitors for the player have signed another striker,if they were expecting an auction and fee topping £25m then they have failed. Instead they have a player they don't want and will get a measly £400k in January.
