Apparently that pass never happened, it is a figment of the imagination it had nothing at all to do with their goal that's what certain posters are claiming, if you do claim that the pass that did not happen lead to their goal you are a knob jockey , the saying I think goes something along the lines of there is non so blind as those that can not see. Or maybe they are just blinded by the brilliance of the wolf man, some seem to have a fetish for him and spend most of their time stroking themselves about their hero. The village cock has turned up folks Why have you just got back from your nightly vigil on OVF, not sure you are correct about Werrington been called a village though.

He was excellent. The only bad thing about him at the moment is that it's somehow become acceptable to sing Achy Breaky Heart at football. I can cope with the song but I'm struggling with the comparison to Zidane to be honest. 'me nan' is far more plausible

I can cope with the song but I'm struggling with the comparison to Zidane to be honest. 'me nan' is far more plausible He runs like me nan? I can cope with that. The fact that he plays a completely different position that Zidane makes the comparison bad, also the fact that not many players (and certainly none that have ever played for Stoke) have ever been better than Zidane makes the song even more pointless.

Wolly has completely won me over. First few times I saw him he was truly dreadful. I never thought he would turn into the class act he is now. He was never dreadful He just wasn't Robert Huth He really was dreadful. He was all over the place defensively. Not now though.

He messed a simple pass up that lead to a goal and then instead of getting back he berated the ref??? It was poor. But that's Wolly. You've actually given Wollscheid a little bit of praise tonight, but it's through the grittiest of gritted teeth and also hidden behind more critiscm for a player who has been, without any doubt whatsoever, our best defender all season. It's not at all. I really enjoyed watching him today, I love good defending and he was real classy, it was ace. But then he's made another fuck up that's lead to another goal.

We're by far the greatest team the world has ever seeeeeen. Don't knock a bit of hyperbole. Wollscheid is a far better defender than Zidane. Imho. So it's trueish. He's better than Japp Stam though.

Ha ha fair point and we had this conversation at today's game. Most of my mates were saying that Zidane would have been a better defender and I was the one saying not a chance I'll have a bit of better than Jaap Stam though

Harsh almost for the sake of it Bayern. Accept that's your view. I won't be changing that. But don't understand why you're making so much of that pass in the ebb and flow of a game. I havn't seen the replay, so I might see summat I missed, there was no blame on W. for me. He tried to clear the lines whilst we seemed intent on sitting back. He sent it down the left, but it hit 'whoevers' elbow and they fashioned a quick response. Counter attack. You've set the bar way too high, too soon. And are putting it about that he always 'fucks up'. I reckon you're stretching it to suggest he dropped a bollock today. Worst of it is you're putting ground bait out for the Carpslayer.

We had a counter on and he fucked that up with the Brucie bonus of it leading to them catching is with 4? players downfield including the centre half who is bollocking someone and not getting back after he's lost the ball. It was a mistake.

He was superb today. The way that Wollscheid has stepped up this season has been unbelievable after his shaky start last season. The bloke has pretty much held a back four together that has been ravaged by injury all season and is right up there with the contenders for player of the season. Quality centre half. Well said - 100% correct

And Wollscheid's improving from what was already a competent start. Scoring the odd header off a corner and he's complete for me.

So that's what happens. Thought it was about folk recognising the performance of our German centre back. That doesn't seem to swing it with you though mucka. Some of the stuff he pulled off today was brilliant. For their goals, I personally wouldn't apportion any of the blame on Phil. But saw him snuff the Swans out repeatedly. Gomis was nullified, and a few of them will remember tussling with Wollscheid. Still don't get your problem with Wollscheid Carps.
