Would happily take a turgid 0-0 from this one.
Butland Johnson Shawcross Wollscheid Pieters Cameron MVG Walters Affelay Arnie Diouf
Keep it tight for an hour then unleash Bojan and Shaqiri.

I think weve learned our lesson at when to use the false 9. For me this is a game where we have to use diouf up front and the three in behind

Keep Lukaku, Deloufeu and Barkley quiet (not impossible and very much within our capabilities) and we can win this 1 or 2-0

Very wary of their attacking qualities but then again if everything clicks for us there are not many teams to fear. Logic and natural pessimissm suggest a point would be grand!

I can see us winning this one or at least getting a point. I think on the break we will hurt Everton. Predict 0-1

Very tough game this, Everton are hard to beat this season, I'd be happy with a point but if we want to push on then surely 3 points is needed. These are fit, professional players so unchanged for me barring injuries.

Butland
Johnson Shawcross Wolly Pieters
Whelan Adam
Afellay Bojan Arnie

1-0 Stoke with Diouf scoring.
I think we'll do these

We will win - it will be our finest performance of the season. 4-0 to Stoke. A goal for each of our Fantastic Four.
It's also my first game of the season (I'm down from Glasgow with my son) so the above may be a little wishful thinking. Only a little mind.
C'mon you mighty potters.

Time we got three in one match. I don't believe we've done it since beating LIverpool. Hatrick for Arnie!

Very interesting fixture. This and West Brom will be a measure of how good our squad is.

There certainly will be goals from each team, my head says 2-2 draw but my hearts going for a 2-1 win. Keep their precious Lukaku quiet and we should be alright, there's no reason why we can't be going to grounds like Goodison and expecting nothing but a win. Unleash the 3 'amigos' on their overrated defence and we should be splendid.

Everton are probably the most similar team to us this year ! They keep Possession well , don't concede many but are struggling to break teams down , I can see this being a 0-0 , probably be 4-4 now I've said that

Let's hope they do the business tomorrow and come away with at least a point. Come on you mighty Potters!

Cameron has to feature... He's that important to the midfield battle... If he's unable, I'd start Adam, then MVG. Anyone who think otherwise hasn't seen the Man City and Man Utd matches... I'd be worried if he isn't fit. Everton have a decent midfield and that's where the war is won in these type of matches this time of year. I hope we see Whelan deep and Cameron just in front of him. That lineup will win us matches and has already this season.

Everton are playing well at the moment, but if we click like we did on Saturday we can definitely get something from the game today. We're so close to being up there, just need a bit more consistency.

Wouldn't take a draw. Rather win or go down fighting. Im the other way around. Get out of there with a draw and then hammer the Baggies on Saturday. Can see it being Everton 3 1 Stoke.
