You know what happens on here when you go off on one :-) Have a look at this from Twitter for a laugh. You know me mutts, I love TP. I can't argue with the first bit mind! I don't know whether to laugh or fear for Bayern's life?

I can personally see Mame leaving in the summer, he's only played 6 times in 2015, Shows that we've come on leaps and bounds since we first signed him

Coz we are breaking goal scoring records without him aren't we !
If that's true re Crouch then it's really poor IMHO - sounds more like trying to keep Crouch happy at the expense of the best possible match day squad
Crouch and Joselu on the bench but not Diouf is stupid

I didn't realise he had lost his sister as well; that's awlful. His head wont be right for some months yet - hope the club has sorted out bereavement counselling, its not a magic fix but it helps We have a tradition of standing by players in need (eg Rory) so lets not call time on him yet; but we do need a striker different to what we have ie a poacher. We don't need another strong, athletic type - we need a fox in the box as they say. Sorry that is wrong - his sister was there but escaped with minor injuries I do apologise for my mistake

We needed diouf in front of bojan today. We should have changed it up and anticipated what pulis would do. We needed more physical presence and I wish diouf and walters had started.

I like mame and the shift he puts in but his goals-to-chances ratio is not good enough imo
I would love us to sign a proven goal scorer like charlie Austin who got 18 goals last year despite playing for a completely clueless teAm full of have-beens and retards

Diouf - Should be playing -- simple really

Diouf - Should be playing -- simple really Agree 1000%. If Mame is fit he plays. Liverpools defence really struggles against pace and he should start. He also gives us the option of getting the ball in the box early. By not playing him we are completely missing a trick. IMO we overplay when Mame isn't in the team.

I think he'll be gone sooner rather than later in order to accommodate/finance his replacement.

Diouf is a very good PL striker and would start for most clubs. For me he should be starting for us too but it's hard to drop Afellay on current form. How Diouf is behind Crouch in the squad is utterly baffling.

Apparently has been turning up late, don't know whether he is suffering from his family tragedy, but pissing the management off.

I don't know why he is out of favour but if he isn't going to play we need another forward with pace. Not this false nine tippy tappy bollocks but a genuine centre forward. Liverpool have had massive problems defending balls into the box and what do we try and do? Try and play through them. The team selection and tactics tonight were completely wrong.

We need Mame back. He should be our main man up top. Disagree, we need better. Once he settled in last season he was brilliant for us and fitted into the team very well, with an impressive goal tally given how much he was stuck out wide/forced out of the team. Whatever you make of him, the fact he's not at least our first choice off the bench, let alone not even making the bench is very strange.

He wasn't out wide as often as some seem to like to make out, Walters wasn't far behind him and he played more out wide than Diouf. I agree it is a little strange, at least just for his pace, maybe he's done something to upset the manager, maybe he's off somewhere else soon.

I agree it is a little strange, at least just for his pace, maybe he's done something to upset the manager, maybe he's off somewhere else soon. I made a post with about 5 games to go last season about how he had played 16 games up front and 9 out wide and at that point had 10 goals and 2 assists. That's a substantial amount of time out wide. When we really stuck with him up front he looked like the answer (Spurs and Liverpool stick out); his touch and finishing had much improved by the end of the season. His pace against Toure and aerial ability against Lucas could've been very useful tonight I feel.

When Diouf came on against Man Utd Sparky went beserk at him on a couple of occasions in the short time he was on the pitch.

Fell out with Hughes.
Crouch wasn't even on the coach to the Hawthorns but they had to get him to travel down after a fall out on the bus (allegedly)

Got to wonder if his head is still a long way from right.
Hughes will know better than us.
