It is not advisable to post personal family photos.
That's why I won't post Marina and I together.
Take note.

Right lads, down tools. A great treat here for all us Sci-Fi goons - a full episode of U.F.O. When I was 10 I used to feel all funny whenever I saw those purple haired Angels and the ladies in the string vests in SkyDiver. ufoseries.comAn interesting UFO website **************

I watched Space :1999 as a child but UFO seems darker, the first episode with the stolen body parts sets the tone. Gabriella Drake and Wanda Vethma are proper 70s TV totty. As for films it has to be 2001; A Space Odyssey, or anything featuring Valerie Leon

War of the worlds. The 50s version Did you ever watch the tv series. The first series was good. The second was very dark and weird. I watched it mate ....they changed the plot though , they had the aliens coming from a planet called Mortax , 40 light years away instead of from Mars as per the original, and for me it was spoiled when Colonel Ironhorse was killed .

Exactly Bisp, ironhorse was great. Kincaid was poor by comparison. They should have carried on with the plot from the first series when the synth aliens arrived. Mind you I did like Denis Forest's character in series 2 as the leader malzar.

No didnt watch it. I preferred the older type film because it more or less piortrayed the original storyline Except that the original story line by H.G. Wells portrayed the events taking place in Victorian Britain not the USA of the 1950's , that not withstanding it was a classic film of the genre , it was interesting to see right at the end of Tom Cruise's re-make , the little cameo appearance of Gene Barry the star of the original film

Total recall Blade runner Predator Event horizon Alien More recently:- Enders Game was ok Event horizon is a fantastic film. Beat me to it. Event Horizon - super creepy. I also like Sunshine - the Danny Boyle movie. And I really liked the first Star Trek reboot. However, in the second one, Khan was brilliantly played by whatshisname. Wonderful acting.

Talking of remakes I have to say Keanu reeves version of 'the day the earth stood still' was pretty poor.
