We could really do with sorting this as he is really one of the best midfielders outside the top 6 clubs. We arent going to get anyone better for the same amount of money. Maybe better to offer him the better contract he probably deserves after the promising season he just had

N'Zonzi has been a dominating figure for us this season bossing it in front of the defence, an extending leg to win the ball or nick it away when he needs to and very neat and tidy on the ball and a bloody good athlete to boot.
If we are forced to sell him we will probably end up with someone half as good for twice the money.
For that reason I'll be pleased if this can be brought to a satisfactory resolution.

Nzonzi can do one. If there was a legitimate contract issue then it would have been in writing and he'd get it one way or the other. He's just a mard arse both on the pitch and seemingly off it. Offered us absolutely nothing since Christmas, throwing little hissy fits and blaming the other players for his own mistakes, showing no invention and cowardice in front of goal, always favouring a square ball over a creative one or - God forbid - a shot on goal.
