Tony Pulis:
"It's been an incredible season, in every league. Teams have fallen off at the end of the season, and I'm talking about a lot of club's
My only concern now is to go to Southampton and get the result that could give us a great end to the season.
We have had unprecedented success in recent years, and as soon as you drop off it a little bit you do get stick. You accept that
Personally, I think that supporters have a right to say what they think. I am down to earth, and I understand that some people want more
The expectations have gone through the roof at times, but there comes a time when you hit the roof
I am stood here today talking, and I am incredibly proud to be the Stoke City Manager
It's always been a pleasure to work for the Chairman, because take the football away from it, he is a great guy. I hope that continues
We are desperate to put in a performance at Southampton. If we can get into the top ten then it would be a great way to end the season.
You have good times and you have bad times. The biggest thing is to remain level headed through both periods
The success that we have enjoyed over the last six years has transformed this football club. It is unrecognisable to what it was.
I have been to Spain and to Germany. If we can implement a small percentage of things that they do over there, then this Club can improve.
There is a legacy at this football club, and that started 7 years ago. As I said, it is unrecognisable to what it was when we arrived.
We will go down there on Sunday and be really positive. We have a lot of supporters going down there, and we want to get in the top 10.
We are desperate to get Brek involved in some capacity on Sunday. He has a problem with his calf, but we aren't writing him off. (interesting)
Michael (Owen) will be part of it, of course. Hopefully he gets the send off that he deserves. He has had a great career
Glenn is still struggling, but again we will have a look at him over the next 24 hours and take a decision from there.
John Rudge will be missed here. He is a wonderful man, and he knows that he will always be welcome back to the Club - We had breakfast this morning together, and he said then that he is looking forward to spending time with his family, which is important.
The highlight of the season for me was Liverpool. The way we played, both with the ball and without the ball was fantastic - We scored three great goals too
There have been up and downs this year, and there have been one or two lessons learned, where we have to do things a little differently.
10 years ago I walked into the Waddington Suite and took this job. I am as proud to be manager now as I was on that day."

Do us all a favour Pulis and do the honorable thing and admit you have taken us as far as you can and then announce your resignation.

We haven't hit the roof you pillock this league is there for the taking from position 7 downwards with any sort of tactical and coaching insight.
That seals it for me, he constantly belittles the possibilities for this club and I've had enough.

He really doesn't, can some journalist not just say " actually Tone, the fans just want to see a bit of football & for us to attempt to win a game now & again ". So bloody frustrating!!!!

Well it is either the biggest con trick of all time or we may have to face the fact that he is staying; all the signs are that he is, notwithstanding the bookies and sightings of Hughton in the area. If he is going, then I will never take seriously anything PC says ever again. If he is not going then shame on the pair of them for allowing this mess to destabilise the team and cause such unrest amongst the fans.

His lack of ambition for this club is nothing short of disgraceful. We have 'hit the roof' with 41pts 33 goals and 9 wins...holy shit!! Does the chairman share this view? At least he is going to give it a go at Southampton, that should be interesting.

If TP is staying and PC always intended him to carry on why on earth didn't they come out and say so in a manner that left no room for doubt or interpretation????? Makes you wonder what's going on at the top.

He'll only go if Coates goes, to be replaced by either the Yanks as rumoured (that'll give the xenophobes amongst us many hours of top whinging material) or Denise/John. Somethings not right in Pulisworld lately, his constant carping on interview after interview about the 'steak and chips' speaks volumes. I don't think the delay is anything to do with Coates, 'the family' may well be weighing up offers from buyers and deciding whether or not to continue or to sell.

Actually, I think there is more than a hint here that the capped one is a tad concerned
'It's always been a pleasure to work for the Chairman, because take the football away from it, he is a great guy. I hope that continues'
So if you take that at face value - 'take the football away' would indicate that Mr C perhaps has not been such a great guy lately on the own nogger front ?
I hope that continues - key word here is 'hope'
I think the bloke is as uncertain as the supporters what will happen
