No, because in your own words you have "wailed against Pulisball since he's been here" Clearly never gave him a chance from the start, so your closed minded attitude deserves no credence. My "closed minded" attitude as you put it, did in fact try to warm to his footballing philosophy. I'm afraid that the last two home performances have driven me right back to where I started. Mate I don't really want to fall out over this. As I said on another thread, there are two factions who are so diametrically opposed that never the twain shall meet. I'm in the middle somewhere. I hate it when we lose and play well but love it when we win but play shit. Does that make me a bad person. No just an average supporter. Pulis is here as long as Coates is so I suggest you get a grip and crack on.

How long did it take Wenger to turn Arsenal from a physical direct team into the lovely footballing side we see nowadays? 5-6 seasons? That was with players like Bergkamp, Overmars and Henry in his squad.
So why do you expect TP to have done it in 3 seasons??

No worries, I don't want to fall out with anyone (didn't realise we were to be honest) I just don't like his style of football... is that a crime? It made me cringe on Saturday when our back four were belting the ball up to Jones and Walters. I would have preferred he went gung-ho at half-time and we lost 2-4 rather than the garbage we endured. I admit that he's done a good job getting us here but... I expect a bit more for Premiership standard football... simple.

What is it with this supposedly magical O'Neill?
He walked out of Villa one week into the season and that surely is enough to banish any thought of him. Even had the timing not been so appalling, why want someone who refuses to manage, without the promise of loadsa loot, from the chairman. (Wonder what O'Neill thinks of the real miracle man, Holloway?)
He is a complex loner and probably enjoying his present solitude and the chance to read his legal books, back home in Wycombe. Or did he think that a Big Club would rush in for him? Whatever, I'd hate to see him at the Brit., under any circumstances.

Tp won't and shouldn't be under any threat imo. He's taken us to where we are and therfore deserves to manage in his own way, as puzzling and bordering on insanity as that is at times. If we are relagated then that's a different matter as he won't have fufiled his job with the money and facilities he's had avaliable. If/ when Peter retires/ sells/ dies then again, his position will be under threat as with any new owner. I support him fully but reserve the right to call him to account on poor squad and tactical selections resulting in the train wrecks of the last 2 home games. That's my right as a life long supporter, to whinge bleat and moan if i feel the need!

Perhaps the fact as a manager he has won well over half the games he has played and in 800 odd games only ever lost about 130 odd. Who would want such a loner as that? Yes I'd hate a manager at Stoke with a record like that, especially as he reads legal books at home. What a twat he must be. As for Holloway, he is just this seasons Phil Brown with a funnier personality. H
