Cringy? Are you having a laugh?
I've know Ted for the best part of twenty years. As RAF says always got time for a chat with fellow Stokies, and a more dedicated fan you'll never meet.
I remember sharing a train home with him after we lost 1-0 to QPR one Friday night. Great company.

I remember sitting infront of him in my yonger days, when we were in the Championship and I used to always think with my mates 'why the fuck has he got a London accent, when he's sitting in The Boothen End?
Ah, those were the days.

Never mind just a chat, if you are ever down London and you get in touch with him, he'll not only meet you for a chat and a pint but probably invite you round his house for a feed too. Top man and that Watford day out was a classic. ;D

Had a beer with Ted in the old supporters club on the Saturday and told him we were in watford. And as you rightly posted he invited us down to his local. We had a few beers and then back to his place for something to eat and to introduce us to his family. A true gent! Ask him how he came to be a stoke fan its a great story!!

He is a great bloke. Every time I see him he will have a conversation with me about something or other, he always starts off with 'Alright San'and if you saw him on the table in Weatherspoons in Watford you'd know how funny he can be. H From the same day.... And now for Ted... we only hate MILLWALL!
