A kid from Boothen then Hanford, Barlaston, Talke and back to beloved Stoke. 14 Years in the Army and living in London, Germany, Colchester, Holland and Telford. Everywhere I've been I've 'educated' the locals about the mighty Stoke City and spent a fortune getting back and forth to see them. The last 20 odd years have been spent in Smallthorne, Kidsgrove and happily settled in Bradwell. Love em every bit as much now as I did some 48 years ago when I started watching them.

Live in Chelmsford, Essex these days. My two best mates from Stoke also live there, and my son is well on the way to becoming a Stokie.
Left Stoke (Blurton) in 1994 and have lived in Surrey and London too.

South Otago New Zealand . Born and bred in Stoke attended first game age 3 1955 . My grandfather was groundsman at Victoria road . I recall some of his groundstaff being Tony Allen,Eric Skeels,Alan Bloor etc . He used to tell me Stan's boots were like ballet shoes compared to the other player's boots . I used to see him nip off the bench before half time and questioned my dad about it . He told me he used to load the takings into a taxi and go with them to Stoke police station, where they were locked away in a cell until Monday morning when the banks opened. Moved to isle of Wight in 86 and then the Orkney Islands. Now still supporting and checking all news etc from New Zealand. Its in the blood !!!!My son does the same from Mount Cook where he works.

Born in Brighton, raised in Lewes, Chichester and Littlehampton... went to uni at Manchester.... but lived in Scotland (mainly Edinburgh) for the last 20 years. A 500 mile round trip to Stoke near enough to the exact mile.
One of my elder brothers got me into supporting Stoke as a kid. Lord knows why he started supporting Stoke as there's absolutely no family connection with Stoke at all! But may have been a stoke football badge or player card my dad had bought him.
Otherwise might have been a Pompey fan like my old man!
