I think the largest concentrations of Stoke fans per resident population will be in ST3 (Longton/Meir ) and ST13 (Leek and Chedd)

Stoke's tour 93-4 Samba 3-1 Pamba 2-1 Young africans 4-0 Tanzania Breweries 4-2 Samba 1-1 Young africans 2-1 5 of us tried to go , got all the jabs and more importantly permission from the Stoke Board via Lou to be included in the official party..but obviously paying our own way...not least because of the logistics of the need for internal flights some of which were club private chartered planes , and because friendlies abroad have a nasty habit of being changed at short notice...bad enough now with the internet bookings etc..back then a nightmare Unfortunately the agent who arranged the trip for Stoke let us down with the international flights..his previious experience was taking Bournemouth to Uganda in May ( the first english team to play in Uganda), and assumed he could get the large number of international economy flights tickets he needed for Stoke and our party in the summer months with no problem... All our information was telling us he faced severe problems , all he kept saying was 'no problem' In the end he failed miserably and ended up having to purchase Business class tickets 2 days before the team was due to fly out as he couldn't get the economy places he needed for the team..whilst I understand he carried much of the increased cost of that himself , it was either that or presumably face legal action , he ( perhaps understandably as we had no legal contract with him ) wouldn't do that for us..the quote he gave us for the business class tickets alone was more than the original 'ball park figure we'd been quoted for the entire trip flying economy' With no international flights available 2-3 days before we were due to fly pre internet days we were left with no alternative but to miss out..gutted doesn't even approach my thoughts then or 15 or so years later The age of the internet, and better funds it's not a position I'd ever put myself in again...I certainly wouldn't miss out

Unfortunately i don't follow stoke every game in the real sense anymore, doing all the games and away days and that but my spirit is there and my blood still runs true and my heart beats that bit faster on a saturday afternoon or whenever we play. I'm making the pilgrimage to the brit tomorrow. From nottingham.
Edit. Born in stoke and have family in cheadle and blythe bridge.

There are 5 Stokies (at least) working at the University of Bath, including 2 Professors and 2 Doctors .... there are loads of Stoke fans in the Bath and Bristol area. Most lived in Staffs at some time .... I spent quite a bit of time in Burnley buhave been with Stoke since the 60s'.
