Accidents happen in all jobs mate and you are no different. Ramsey will be fine so dust your self off and get back to what you do best.

To Ryan and the rest of the Stoke players Never ever ever pull out of 50/50 tackles. I want to see you go in even harder in the next game.
What happened was an accident and it has happened before and will happen again. It is not lost on the old Stokies like me that Pulis’s side play the game hard and more importantly, to an old fart like me, you play it fair.
When Whelan got studs in his knackers from Vieira recently: he got up had a quick grope to see if they were still attached and carried on with play. His reaction is what kept Vieira on the pitch – those things may go unnoticed in the media, but not on us.
Next game I want more heart, more courage and even more passion if that possible – this is what is making us so proud to be Stokies at the moment.
The truth goes marching on

Ryan we Stokies love you mate and we're proud of you..it was a 50/50 ball you both went in for ...it could easily have been your leg broken as Ramsey's....it is a hazard of the game. Keep true to who you are because you have done nothing wrong ....

Good luck, Ryan, and don't blame yourself for that tackle. Both you and Ramsey were, rightly, committed to winning the ball. It was an accident.
My commiserations to Ramsey. I hope he's back in the game and has a fabulous career.

Chin up Ryan lad......we all know it was an accident & no malice intended whatsoever! When the dust settles, visit Ramsey in hospital, i'm sure he'd appreciate it, and it'll make you feel a whole lot better too!
Good luck on your introduction into the full England squad. No doubt it will be difficult walking in there, but hold your head high & enjoy it as best you can. Take the bull by the horns and prove to the management team what a good player you are to cement a place in the 23 for S. Africa. We're all with you Ryan, every step along the way!!!

Good luck Ryan. Proud you're a Stoke player and as a lifelong Scotland supporter I will be supporting England on Wednesday - so long as you play I am sure Ramsey will be okay as he is young and will be determined to get back playing football.

head up Ryan .. we all now it was an accident. Remember Capello wouldnt have called you up for the England squad if he shared Wengers view. n You are far more than a man than that apology for a human being that is Wenger. He should publically apologise for his post match remarks if he wants to be a man.

Just adding my voice to the volume of support. You play the game in the right way and in the right spirit. Both the tackle and your reaction to it prove this. A very sad accident. Good luck this week. CM

The first time I saw Ryan play for us I was impressed, and my view has never wavered since. He is self assured, quick, strong and brave. I have being telling anyone that would listen to me that one day Ryan would play for England - Ryan absolutely delighted for you that that day is fast approaching.
Put Saturday behing you - it happened, it happens in football, and unfortuately it will happen again - that is just how it is. I do not doubt for a second that you will have your own conversation with Ramsey at some point - I trust he reaffirms what everyone else has seen - it was an accident and nothing more.
Rasta
PS Get well soon Aaron

Ryan, You have all our support, what happened was an accident it happens in contact sport; In 7 years of running junior football teams I've had 3 broken legs a broken collar bone, a compound 90' broken wrist and a ruptured knee (still out after 2 years) , none have been malicous, all just accidents, it happens in a quick contact sport. They all came back and never shirked out of tackles, i'm sure you will be the same. Good luck with england we are all proud of you.

Ryan, try to put this behind you as soon as you can. I was just a few yards from the incident in the Seddons Stand and saw it from pretty close range and not for a minute did I think that it was anything less than a 50:50 challenge.
Aaron Ramsey went in with exactly the same commitment as yourself so it could have quite easily ended up with you injured instead of him. These things happen in football so next time there's a situation like Saturday we all hope you go in with the same fair intensity.

look at the arse player with his hands up...looks like ramsey has already snapped his leg Isn't that Bentner doing his best to say "No sirree, I wasn't holding Shawcross back - no my arms are in the air" Anyway - more to the point - good luck on Wednesday Ryan - focus on going forward and not last Saturday's events. The opinions of your fans and family are more important than professional scribblers. Work 'Aaard!

Ryan,
Now that you realise the immense support you have, perhaps you can take time off, momentarily, from rightly worrying about Aaron.
As you start anew, today, in the elite company of fellow England players, you leave behind the worst day of your life.
Try to look forward to the future and be proud that you've also done some incredibly decent things, on a football field. Personally, I can't think of anyone else who would have jogged back upfield, without any dissention, after seeing a clear winning goal denied, in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, good news doesn't always make the headlines, but your present sensitivity is what really matters.
I'll be there, on Wednesday, rooting for you. Thousands more Stokies will be there in spirit and we all hope that that will be of some comfort.
Chin up and focus retained = terrific footballing future, hopefully much of it with Stoke City.

Ryan we all know the injury to Aaron Ramsey was a freak incident and 100% accidental - They should realise this and overturn the red card on your behalf. Your reaction showed everything about the person you are. Fabio Capello's decision to pick you for the England squad says more about you than anything anyone else will say on this matter.
