BUT it is his first game, we are playing Arsenal, we do not get much of the ball.

He's done really well for his 1st game against good opposition. He's won the ball well, played a couple of decent passes and put in one brilliant cross, oh and he can throw the ball a mile too which will endear him to TP.
It's extremely early days but a promising start.

Nigel Johnson has got it bang on, it's his firsytPremier League game he is playing well and it's expected he'll need a few games to get used to the pace of the Premier League. Lets hope he gets them, there is a good player in him I hope he's a fixture in centre mid.

Started ok but has faded badly. Has been caught in possession and his passing has got worse as the half progressed. Doesn't look Stoke fit at all and shouldn't have started. Not that impressed to be honest. Time will tell and I hope he shows us how good he can be.

He's got a presence about him, he is a big lad with a big stride and a good engine and a decent touch of the ball, he's going to be the bollocks for us in there when he is match fit imo.
