Decent performance from him today, lots of interceptions and composed on the ball, however does look slightly unfit but impressed on first viewing.

Looks decent and made 2 great tackles in the first half.....was always going to fade as the game went on but to be honest anyone who expected him to be something special straight from the go needs their head looking at

Promising start, although unlike some I was actually expecting him to not get everything right, once he's settled in and got a few Prem games in he'll look the business.

Some people are clueless. Solid debut from the kiddie. Did look a bit off the pace and tended to dawdle on the ball a bit, but that's to be expected. He looks a good passer of the ball and no worse than any of our other CMs.
Give the lad time. Do some people not realise that playing your first match in England against a top team is akin to being thrown straight into the deep end? The boy done good.

Certainly faded second half but I thought he had a great debut.

I thought he had a good debut, knows when to stick the foot in ( take note Whitehead) can pass to feet ( take note Whitehead). He wasalways going to fade in his first game, that is what the manager has subs for you idiots.

Very good debut against a top 4 side. Only going to get better as he adapts to the Premiership.

He had a decent debut for me, looked composed on the ball. Hopefully, a good signing once he adjusts to the prem!

I think some are going over the top with his performance. He had a decent debut, but I can't believe how some are getting carried away.

Solid debut, like anyone he'll need a couple of games to adapt to the speed and quick thinking in this league. Arsenal may have been channeling the ghost of Martin Carruthers when it came to finishing but they're still one of the best when it comes to movement and keep ball in midfield, on that note it was encouraging from Cameron against the likes of Arteta, Diaby etc.

Just got back, Great debut! Tackled very well and worked hard, passing wasn't the best but alot better than our other CMs, should start most games.

Championship player. hope he gets better. Could not disagree more, fantastic first game and fully deserved MOM; everything in a CM that we wanted from WP. Showed up Whelan no end because of how much better GCAM was; remember this is only his first game in the prem and he is only going to get better and better. The way TP speaks about him shows how highly regarded GCAM is and from today's performance I cannot see any other option than him starting week in week out (which I'm very glad about), quality player.

I think Cameron put in as promising a debut as you could expect for someone who has never played in England before.
One thing is certain; he showed up Whelan and the shocking Palacios.

G-Can was ok. Let's not get ahead of ourselves here. He was good at finding space but his overall defensive work wasnt great. He did a lot of pointing. Wasn't quick closing down and often let players get ahead if him. Whelen looked good because he was in the right place at the right time today. Because he had to be. I'm not being negative. GC had s good touch and willing and nothing that can't be sorted out in a few weeks by TP but today Glen had a much better game.

Thought he did okay, but knew it would be a Marmite performance.
He certainly won't have played in a game anything like that before. You'd think the pace of the game and the role will take some getting used to.
But merely by playing him, and keeping him on for the 90, you can tell Pulis really likes something about him

he did a decent job. he was always going to fade towards the end. he needs time to adjust. can pick a decent pass and looks strong in the tackle. obviously jet-lagged too. once he's fully fit and adjusted he'll be brilliant

He was superb in my opinion, broke up play, great interception, puts a foot in, and can pass.

I think he did OK and I was encouraged by his debut.
There were stages of the game that passed him by but in general he can be pleased with his first appearance in the Premier League.
It's hard to judge him given our opponents as they dominate possession so we will see how Geoff does against Wigan next week.
The one really good thing is that he has an uncanny knack of prodding a leg out and winning the ball when he looks second favourite.
For a first start it was decent and definitely something to build on.
