Apparently Berahino has a black belt in karate. You have been warned! (smiley, winky thing) Doesn't kick a football right well though!

The list apparently is made up of only Conservative MPs. Interesting ![::)](//storage.proboards.com/800541/images/cj7bsBj2jOTuEAUVaPt5.gif) [/p][/quote] Perhaps that's because the torys are a bunch of f..kers and labour a bunch of w..nkers!

Woman in Manchester gets 5 years for pushing a bloke to his death in front of a tram at Victoria station, plenty of previous offences too. Disgraceful leniency from courts. No way a bloke would only get that. Sexism the other way round there I'd say.

I agree with the Berahino is shit comment but not the hilarious bit. Its not funny now with the money spent on him (and still being spent with his wages)and nothing to show for it.

I was at the Balls out game with my mate Tim from Blackpool. We were in the side where the dugout was and near end of game leant over and politely told Ball it looked like that was it. I respected his past not to be rude. He didn't do anything but Cranson muttered something in his defence. We heard on train back to Manchester from someone who had a radio that he'd gone. This was pre mobile internet days!

We might all have to fight them in the not too distant future seeing as many of them have returned and the potential future ones in our midst, but it'll be on home soil.

I've been in numerous away ends in the past, it was easiest option as not from the Stoke area. Also plenty opposition pubs. Craziest situation I had though was when I went in Boothen paddock (Stoke and side of pitch) back in about 84' with a mate from my town in Yorkshire who supported West Ham. It kicked off as there were some Hammers fans in there, bangers and fireworks were thrown and we ended up getting turfed out with the gang of West Ham by the cops and taken round to the Stoke end and put in where West Ham fans were! I couldn't really remonstrate as I needed my lift home with my West Ham pal!

The Liverpool 6-1 we had a scouser and his teenage son in front of us He let us know before the game they were Liverpool fans and they would be no mither they just wanted see Gerrard one last time It was the kind of game in the end there wouldn't have been mither and most of the ground applauded when Gerrard scored anyway, they shook everyone's hand at the end and it was all fine I think if you act like that there isn't a problem You give it the big un and there will be a problem.. At that same game a group of Norwegian Stokies were attacked by Stoke fans who thought they were scousers...I guess it depends who you sit near on the day ![(question)](//storage.proboards.com/800541/images/XXiVCR8ugEQgztLfqFjy.gif) Did they think they were Norwegian Liverpool fans or just thick getting mixed up between a Norse accent and a scouse one?!

We have some moronic and embarrassing fans We don't need fans like this! Today was a kids day. Stoke have made tickets cheap for kids and some have probably turned these young fans away forever I reckon the moronic and embarrassing team performance will turn the fans away more though!

Cat haters! Cats don't shit everywhere (well where its visible), don't bark all night, don't demand walkies or food all day, don't rip stuff to bits like dogs so can't understand why they are bothered about them so much though i know they're not as much fun as a dog. Cats don't shit everywhere? Not in their own garden they don't but every fucker else's garden is fair game in their eyes and yes, it's visible, it stinks and if I knew who owned the fucking thing they'd get it back through their letterbox. Push what through their letterbox, the shit or the cat?!

Anyway, just making lists won't improve society. Get out there and confront the ignorant dog owners, nudge the joggers and give those cars a bit of a knock! Or a good keying!

Let's start a list so we can improve as a society, starting with People who dknt pick their dogs shit up People who dont get out of your way whilst running People who park on the whole of footpaths so you have to walk in the road Do you mean THEY are runninng and expect you to move, or the other way round? If someone jogs too close to me I just stick out the elbows to make sure I whack THEM!

A poppy is respect shown for those who have died to give us freedom. Its the one who won't wear it who brings politics into it. I agree. Does freedom include freedom to choose not to wear it? Yes, of course, don't force it on anyone.

Will those who think sports and politics shouldn't mix be blowing their annual gasket in a few weeks when a player declares himself uncomfortable wearing a poppy on his shirt? A poppy is respect shown for those who have died to give us freedom. Its the one who won't wear it who brings politics into it.

Are American police (many of them black) only brutal towards black folk? No, but of course only black lives matter, balls to the rest. Keep these protests off of the sports grounds, they can still protest elsewhere without involving people who don't wish to be part of it. If this sort of thing springs up at games it could well end up with aggro.

I keep seeing the word in lots of threads - what on earth are "pelters" and where does the word come from ? Never heard it before anywhere In Yorkshire we say: "its pelting down with rain".

More morbidness on this site. No wonder the atmosphere is dead at Stokes ground. Seems like plenty on here are looking forward to the end or someone else's!

Pleased that Panama have qualified. Love a world cup debutant. Peru's likely long-awaited return from the CONMEBOL group would be good as well. One of my memories as a kid is of Peru playing in the 1978 World Cup and having a player named Chumpitas. Had me giggling all summer. Yes, they were also at Mexico 1970. Hector Chumpitaz and Teofilo Cublilas. I had the Soccer Star sticker book.

* Crikit- Sir Geoffrey Boycott * Footy - Sir Gordon Banks * F1 - Graham Hill, Nigel Mansell and the inspirational Alex Zanardi (who lost his legs but made a comeback and won gold medals in Paralympics.) * Tony Sibson! (boxing) * Athletics - Sonia Lanaman (cos I liked her name!)

Fans need to be imaginative with songs like we were back in the 70's. I used to like the hooligan songs, not that I was one but knew plenty who were where I live.

Yes, a bit confusing but better than crap friendlies. But they need to make England play around the country more as Wembley appeared sparse last couple of games.
