Since it's subject to a 99 year lease with pittance rent it's not saleable. Would need to read the lease, but you'd expect West Ham will need to just buy the freehold, again for a cheap price, and deal with repairs. Overall they've had a brilliant deal at taxpayers expense and the money they'll need to spend to get the freehold will be nothing compared to the cost of building a stadium from scratch and funding it yourself And then Everton got a 10 point deduction when books didn’t balance due to money spent in building their new stadium!!

Junho is too lightweight in tackles and needs too much time on the ball. Very much a work in progress Bae was superb . Never wasted a pass . Even in the tightest situations. A real talent . Was completely flaked out at the end . Lay prone on the pitch recovering. Gave his all . Pity he missed that chance . Only blemish . Watch EFL replay . Joy to watch A joy to watch. That’s it really And how many times have we been in a position to say that about one of our players?

Think he can become some player. Most technically gifted player we have, moves the ball so easily and has really quick feet. A goal I think would really kick him on. I think SS really rates him as well, he hasn't been subbed in the last 2 games. Lovely to watch at times. Was at Vicarage Road yesterday and watching him play was like watching Swan Lake at the Bolshoi Theatre

Are you braindead ??!! I was there at Vicarage Road yesterday and Junho was nothing short of superlative!! A clear 10/10 performance. Magical feet and a phenomenal football brain which is not always understoodby his companians. To give him a 6 is outright criminal !!! Guess what you’re both exaggerating. Steady 7 needs to add end product to score higher but different gravy to what we have been watching. I get your point but Junho’s touches, ball control and football acumen really got my heart racing. But in view of the wisdom of your comment will lower my rating to 8.5

Apart from Junho’s brilliance there is one other indisputable certainty - Johnson is a complete liability and should be offloaded at the first opportunity
Basically with his introduction yesterday the numerical superiority we had was zeroed out

Not going to ho through all the others
Will give just one rating - Junho Bae 10/10

Majestic superlative performance

Bonham 6 - Quiet game but was OK, still worries me how he parries the ball in to dangerous areas. Junior 6 - Solid enough. McNally 6 - Decent but with his daily brain fart causing issues. Rose 6 - He's just a CB version of Thompson, a meh player and performance. Thompson 6 - Steady if not spectacular. Pearson 6 - A passenger but did nothing wrong. Burger 7 - Another fine all round performance (MOTM). Junho 5 - Lots of energy but poor game. Haksa 6.5 - Tried to make things happen. Mmaee 7 - Best game in a Stoke shirt. Vidigal 5 - Very poor again. Subs Hoever 5 - The only positive is getting played less crap than normal, but still don't rate him. Wesley 5 - Not sure he touched the ball. Johnson 5 - See Wesley. Baker 5 - See Wesley and Johnson. Poor game ??!! Junho ??!! I was at Vicarage Road and Junho was nothing short of brilliant

Bonham 6, hardly anything to do. Junior 6, not his best game, but still decent. McNally 6, again good for most of the game, but still makes silly mistakes. Rose 7, played well. Thompson 6, decent but nothing more. Pearson 7, played well. Burger 7, MOM, good again! Junho 6, too little end product. Haksa 6, OK. Mmaee 7, another good game. Vidigal 5, not a good game. Hoever 5, I really don't see what he brings to the team? Wesley 5, didn't get enough balls played up to him. Johnson 5, didn't impact the game much. Are you braindead ??!! I was there at Vicarage Road yesterday and Junho was nothing short of superlative!! A clear 10/10 performance. Magical feet and a phenomenal football brain which is not always understoodby his companians. To give him a 6 is outright criminal !!!

Taking off Bae shows how much Gally knows about football. Experience over talent seems to be the order That is why we don’t need another stale mediocre British manager. No offence meant but that just goes to show the limitations in their tactical acumen. Junho was the only one threatening to tear them open but no, he had to take him off 😓

Hoever and Johnson cannot take a corner to save their own mothers’ lives !!! Incredible!!! They should be made to train corners till their toes bleed

i dunno i think he would be steady Unai has given him a lot of praise for the work he did at Villa that has allowed them too push on.. its still a bit fucking beige though isnt it! we want a rockstar, wheres Ainsworth, that would piss off the penny in the pound neighbours That’s coz Unai is a gentleman

It just cannot be that the next manager will be just a chip from the same block of managers we’ve had so far. Always going for the ‘safe’ option which has brought us nothing but turgid, mostly unwatchable football. We need a fresh continental manager who knows the modern game and is capable of playing crisp, fast attacking football

What is wrong is the type of manager we have been consistently appointing. Always going for the ‘safe’ option, with the purpose of scraping results rather than playing good modern flowing football

Scratch that, apparently Heckingbotham is in the frame on Jared’s recommendation. But Sunderland have also spoken to him. Caveat: this is all second-/third-hand info. Unsure what to make of Hecky. Seems like Sheff Utd gave up this summer and they were destined to go back down. Did well last season but was basically a caretaker left in the role. It’s an odd one. Just not good enough

Hassenhuthl did a very good job at Southampton with a very limited squad He should be a very strong candidate for the job You're right that he did a very good job with Southampton. But that was in the premier league not the championship. Why would he drop down to a championship relegation scrap? He’s out of a club. Stoke will give him a way back into English football
