just announced on our OWS going to America for an Arthroscopy www.hullcityafc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10338~1559686,00.html I expect him out for 4 weeks at least ... Our club has been very foggy with any details of his injury since the Wet Spam game , had a feeling something like this was going to be the end product

Would like to hear tango's take on this if its true, nothing on ssn about it, nothing at all against Hull or their fans, Tango a bit full of himself though, good luck youth.

would not expect anything less from our club lol
anyway I still think we have just enough in the tank to limp over the line this year (it may end up a painful limp mind you lol) and I reckon you will stay up too ...
personally I think (and hope!) Newcastle, Sunderland and Boro go down

Thank God TP didn't take the plunge and try to get Bullard at Stoke. His injury record always looked to be problem - especially given the wages he gets paid.
I still hope Hull stay up so long as it isn't at our expense.

Do Hull still employ the same medical staff that reckoned Cresswell wasn't fit?

Massive blow for them and potentially good news for us. I think Boateng is out for a while and they haven't got any (decent) strikers. I'm still confident of finishing above them, especially with this news. I kind of hope they stay up to be honest but as long as we finish above them I think that safety would be pretty much assured and that's the main priority obviously.

Huge blow for Hull as on his day Bullard is a fantastic player and I do feel sorry for Hull fans (well theres a small majority that I dont and Tango himself) but it would be great to see us and Hull stay up, dont care about WBA to be fair.
Obviously if only one can stay up then there is no arguement as to who I would want to stay up for. Keep living the dream!.
Nice to see a Hull fan come on here and actually admit that there team are struggling instead of the usual we used to get on here talking about Europe.

Its certainly a blow for Hull...Bullard would have made a difference for them. I dont think we ever showed any interest in him and that didn't worry me, I was always a bit suspicious that Fulham didnt exactly try and stop him leave...and they haven't missed him...outrageous wages for an ageing injury prone player. What still makes me smile was the love in on here about Bullard...people saying pay him whatever he wants as he would keep us up! I remember one thread that headlined buy Bullard and we stay up! And the best of all was one poster who had a pic of Bullard as his Avatar....complete OTT bollox........or maybe it was a cunning plan to persuade Tangoman to waste a shedload of money as we know Tango reads this site everyday

Just heard a clip of Tango on TalkShite and he sounded very sheepish about the injury saying something along the lines of "of cause its a concern and its a matter of fingers crossed" Doesn't sound like a simply procedure to me and he's clearly very worried.

That seems a long way to go for a simple arthroscopy(keyhole), imho.
